Just 10 meters from one of the main squares in Ancona, along the pedestrian street, with parking available right outside and all the amenities that the historic center provides.

The entrance leads to a living room with a kitchen, a small sitting area, a bathroom, and a covered terrace equipped for enjoying the outdoor space. There are two double beds and the option for a sofa bed in the sitting area.

The property is located in the heart of Ancona, just steps from one of the main squares in the historic center, in a lively and historically rich area perfect for those who want to fully experience the city. Within walking distance you’ll find cafés, traditional restaurants, shops, artisan boutiques, art galleries, and some of the city's main cultural landmarks, such as the Muse Theater, the Cathedral of San Ciriaco, the old port, and the fascinating Passetto caves.

The Passetto beach is easily reachable on foot, as is the historic and scenic seafront, ideal for pleasant walks.
The area is very well served by public transport, with bus stops just a few meters away and the train station nearby.
For those arriving by car, parking is available in the immediate vicinity, and you can conveniently drive up to the entrance.
Although it’s right in the city center, the neighborhood is practical, welcoming, and ideal for discovering Ancona in total freedom.
