Lillac Cottage is a small but warm and welcoming structure, a typical rustic country house, enriched by classic wooden furniture, warm parquet and white painted beams.
Furthermore, outside, there is a small garden with a roof, where you can have breakfast during the warmer months.
Inside the Lillac Cottage Bed & Breakfast you will find three colorful rooms, each linked to a particular theme.
And, after resting in our rooms, every morning you will be served an excellent breakfast in the welcoming kitchen, located on the ground floor of the cottage. Here you can enjoy fresh local cheeses and cured meats, and fruit from the lands of our big brother, the B&B Glicine Bed & Breakfast.

My name is Natacha and for years now I have been responsible for welcoming tourists and professionals visiting or passing through my splendid Ancona.
Together with my mother Ingrid I manage the Glicine Bed & Breakfast.
But now, from the end of 2023, I have also decided to embark on a new adventure: the Lillac Cottage.
Not far from Glicine, it shares with the latter the passion for hospitality and local products.
As well as a very happy location: a few km from the center of Ancona and the splendid Conero Riviera.

Our B&B is in a very strategic position: nestled among the green hills but a few km from the center of Ancona and numerous other attractions. Thus, the tranquility of the place is combined with the convenience of being able to visit different places with short journeys by car.
Ancona is certainly a destination not to be missed, especially for its historic center which looks like a wedding favor, enriched as it is by the splendid Romanesque Cathedral and the fabulous Teatro delle Muse.
And if history is not the only thing you are looking for, you will also be able to appreciate the delicious gastronomy, with dishes such as stockfish or Anconetana-style broth, Ascolana-style olives, Fossa cheese, ciauscolo as well as wines such as the Verdicchio or the Lacrima di Morro d'Alba.
Not far away it is possible to visit the village of Offagna, with its medieval summer; Polverigi with the September witches' festival; Castel d'Emilio, known for its city walls; Osimo, with its imposing walls and mysterious underground passages; and also Castelfidardo, where it is possible to buy the best accordions in the world.
Sea lovers, however, can easily reach the splendid beaches with crystal clear sea of the famous Conero Riviera such as Sirolo, Numana and the bay of Portonovo.
And nature enthusiasts cannot miss the Conero park, to enjoy local fauna and flora.
If you are ready to travel a little further, you can easily reach the Frasassi caves, the Basilica of Loreto and Recanati, the city of Giacomo Leopardi.

The structure is very new. The rooms are small but well-kept. The breakfast is tailored to the needs of each guest. The location is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Perhaps we should have asked for an extra fan because, during the hottest hours, the ceiling fan above the bed is not sufficient. The only thing was that the travel room was equipped with a balcony, but it was so small that we did not use it at all. All in all, it was a great experience.
