Description

The Bed & Breakfast Le Rose is located in the center of Sirolo (AN) at 5 Gaudenti Street and has a private parking protected by an automatic gate.

The area is very peaceful and just a short distance away from the main square of the town and the main beach.

The rooms are equipped with bed linen and bathroom towels, including bathrobes and beach towels.

Additionally, there is wifi, TV, air conditioning, minibar, safe, shared kitchen with breakfast area, and a garden with a parasol.

Couple's weekend, excellent location near the center, available and closed parking for cars/motorbikes. Clean, spacious room and bathroom with all the comforts: air conditioning, TV, safe, fridge. A beach umbrella is available if you want to go to the public beach. Abundant sweet and savory breakfast, helpful and kind owner, great tips on the area and how to get around.

This is the second year I have stayed at B&B Le Rose by Marco. The property is in an excellent location because it is in the center and in 10 minutes on foot you can reach Urbani beach. The room is cozy, and the cleanliness is excellent. I was there in May, and Marco, in addition to providing heavy blankets, offered the possibility of heating the room with the heat pump. There are two types of pillows (high and low) which is great for me because while reading, I had excellent support. The breakfast is perfect, both sweet and savory, a cappuccino that is even better than at the bar, fruit salad, and juices, allowing you to skip lunch. Marco's availability to explain and indicate places to visit, routes to get there, I believe is unparalleled. As long as we are two going to Sirolo, it will be my choice. I have been to other establishments, but here it is truly incomparable.

The B&B is located in an extraordinary position because it is literally a stone's throw from the center of Sirolo and the buses that take you to Urbani beach and San Michele beach. In addition, just a 10-minute walk away, it is also possible to reach the center of Numana. All this, combined with the availability of internal parking, makes the B&B absolutely perfect for spending a holiday forgetting about the car and the parking problem. The owner is very organized, providing all the most useful information for reaching beaches and restaurants, as well as various recommendations. The breakfast is also abundant, varied, and attentive to everyone's needs. The room is well furnished, clean, and equipped with a refrigerator, locker, mosquito nets, and air conditioning. I recommend it and hope to return on other occasions to visit the wonderful Conero area.

We stayed at Le Rose B&B during a weekend in Sirolo. Excellent location, the room was very nice and cozy. The manager Marco, very kind and helpful, was able to guide us best during this short vacation. Finally, there is the possibility to park the car directly in the B&B courtyard for free. I highly recommend it.

The B&B is in a strategic position to easily reach both the city center and the beaches of Conero. The shuttle bus stops at 30 meters and leads directly to the sea of Sirolo. The room is impeccably clean and the breakfast is fresh and abundant daily! The manager is super kind and ready to meet every need, we thank him very much for his availability. In a great location for the proximity to the center of Sirolo and the bus. Abundant and varied breakfast. The manager is ready to meet any request. A tip: wash the bathrobes (very comfortable) with fabric softener, they will be even more comfortable.

Very warm welcome and great availability of the manager. Much appreciated the transport service to Ancona for only 15 euros. The location is very convenient, at the entrance of Sirolo, close to the road to Urbani beach, easily reachable on foot. Numana can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The room is large and comfortable, the breakfast is abundant and with fresh products. The only drawback is that you can hear the neighbors, but otherwise it is an excellent and very pleasant structure, where I would gladly return.

We really appreciated the location, once we parked the car in the inner courtyard, we didn't move it anymore as it is truly just a stone's throw from the center of Sirolo and from the shuttle stop to the beaches. Good cleanliness, excellent breakfast and service in general (beach umbrella and umbrellas available, water in the minibar, etc.). Mr. Marco is discreet and fully available to guests.

I stayed with my family in this charming and efficient structure in Sirolo. What can I say, everything was perfect from the varied and abundant breakfast of great quality served impeccably by the owner Marco, to the cleanliness and attention to hygiene always appreciated in this particular moment. The room's furniture, recent and functional (there's even a fridge not a minibar), the almost new bathroom with prestigious finishes and quality sanitary ware, complete a perfect location. The offer is enriched by beach towels, a beach umbrella, umbrellas for possible rain, and a precious parking space inside a closed courtyard with an electric gate. Special mention for the owner Marco, very kind and always generous with advice. Thanks again.

We gave the highest rating because this Le Rose B&B deserves it! Marco is an exceptional person and his property is managed with love and professionalism. Everything is impeccable: the cleanliness, the comfort, the location just a stone's throw from the historic center, the internal parking (not to be underestimated in Sirolo!), the convenience of being on the ground floor, the kitchenette and many small attentions such as the bottle of water in the room, bathrobes and, even, the mask sterilizer! The breakfast deserves a few more words: besides being delicious, plentiful and very varied, Marco is attentive to any special dietary needs or preferences, thus managing to please everyone. We spent 2 nights at Le Rose and we will definitely return with great pleasure. Highly recommended! Thank you Marco!

At the doors of the center of Sirolo, a stone's throw from the path to the beach, a bed and breakfast managed masterfully by the owner. Excellent cleanliness. Every environment is sanitized with ozone at every guest change. The breakfast is the highlight: rich and especially, in my case, personalized. With many food intolerances, I was offered an amazing breakfast, with plenty of alternatives, so much so that I couldn't taste everything! Marco is the perfect host: very helpful and extremely kind to every request from customers. The property is a 1-minute walk from the center of Sirolo. The private internal parking is very convenient, given the difficulty of finding parking in Sirolo. The bus stop for the beaches is 50 meters from Le Rose B&B. Spacious room, equipped with every comfort: modern furniture, very comfortable bed, refrigerator, air conditioning, and mask sanitizer! The breakfast is excellent: rich and of high quality with different pastry products every day. Cleaning 10 and praise! Marco is very attentive to everything and sanitizes the spaces every day: I felt really safe, given the moment. For a special vacation, I will recommend it to everyone.

A few steps from the center of the beautiful Sirolo, a stone's throw from the access to the sea - articulated for anyone staying in Sirolo - and therefore not "by the sea", nor with a "spectacular panorama", but in a good relative position; the Manager is a very courteous, punctual, reliable gentleman. The B&B Le Rose is truly beautiful, new, and well-kept. It is centrally located and very convenient to reach the beaches even on foot. It has an internal parking for the car, essential as the streets mostly have paid parking or for residents. The center of Numana is only a ten-minute walk away. In the B&B, there are only two rooms, each with its own bathroom. Our room was the one with the bathroom outside the room, but it did not turn out to be a problem at all. The cleanliness and service are impeccable. The breakfast is delicious and abundant with pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee, fruit juices, and for special needs or intolerances, Mr. Marco is always ready to find a solution (as in our case where he provided rice milk). The kindness and courtesy of Mr. Marco, as well as the valuable advice on the most beautiful places to visit and the restaurants to dine in, made our vacation truly enjoyable. Recommended!

My daughter and I stayed a few days in this lovely and welcoming structure, very close to the center of Sirolo, where tranquility, cleanliness, courtesy, and 'morning goodness' reign. Mr. Marco, always kind and discreet, welcomed us with great availability, offering us all possible comforts and valuable information to show us the most beautiful corners of the area. Every morning he prepared excellent breakfasts, also rich in delicious fresh fruit. On the last day, it was raining, and he offered to drive us to the Ancona station. A truly exquisite person. Excellent well-furnished property. We stayed for 8 nights and had a great time. First of all, being 2 couples of friends, we had an entire apartment consisting of two spacious rooms equipped with TV, safe, and air conditioning (essential in this scorching summer), large private bathroom, and a kitchen where every morning the owner Marco would provide us with a great and abundant breakfast with fresh products from a good pastry shop, served with professionalism and care. Another very important point is the location of this B&B. Located in a great position, a short walk from the center of Sirolo, very convenient to the bus stop that takes you to the various beautiful beaches below, with a convenient private parking inside the property. Even though it is in a very central area, you can enjoy tranquility and not hear any noise. I sincerely thank Marco for his kindness and availability, always ready to give suggestions and excellent advice, thus simplifying our holiday. Definitely recommended and definitely worth returning.

The structure is brand new and very clean, the photos on the website accurately reflect what you will find upon your arrival. The room is very cozy and the bathroom (internal for one room and external but for exclusive use for the other) is worthy of the best hotels. Breakfast is served either in the kitchen or at the outdoor tables and is definitely abundant! Hot drinks, croissants, toast and jam, sweet and fruit that vary every day. The location is strategic for visiting the entire area without moving your car (comfortably parked in the internal courtyard), on one side the beaches of Sirolo on the other those of Numana, all reachable in 10/20 minutes. For those who do not want to move on foot, the various locations are also served by public transport with a stop a few steps from the B&B. For the evening, the center of Sirolo (a stone's throw away), offers various restaurants, bars and street food. We thank Mr. Marco for his hospitality, courtesy and availability in giving us indications and suggestions of all kinds: where to eat, the best beaches and the easiest routes to reach them, any trips inland. The Conero Riviera truly deserves a vacation and Mr. Marco with his B&B Le Rose makes the vacation truly perfect!

The bed and breakfast is in an optimal location, in one minute you enter the pedestrian area and you are in the town center where you can find all the main venues like bars, restaurants, etc. Therefore, it is not necessary to use the car and waste time looking for parking (very difficult to find in August) and money (up to 12 euros per day), a few meters away there is a shuttle to the beaches (which can also be reached on foot). Numana center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes (otherwise you have to drive a few kilometers by car and parking is always very expensive). The car is stored in the exclusive and private parking (equipped with a remote control to open and close the gate) available to customers. The bed and breakfast is modern, clean and complete with everything you need in the room, I think it even offers more than what you can have in a hotel. Safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, bathrobe and linens (which are changed for longer stays). The manager pays strong attention to the customer and their needs, taking care of the service in every detail. He provides a nice beach towel for free and some shuttle bus tickets, giving all the necessary information for an optimal stay. The breakfast is particularly well taken care of, sweet, savory, and abundant. I often travel and have been using bed and breakfasts for years, but I have never had a complete service like the one at Le Rose bed and breakfast. Thanks to the competence and professionalism of Mr. Marco, always attentive and kind to his customers. Recommended.

There are two main strengths of the B&B Le Rose in Sirolo: the location and the owner. The location is almost perfect: you are in the center, but not in the crowded streets (which ensures quiet nights) and at the same time you are a stone's throw from the stairs (or the bus stop) that take you to Urbani beach. The owner, Marco, not only knows the Conero and the Marche region well, but is also generous with advice and attention. The breakfast is among the best I have seen in many trips, especially for the average of B&Bs. It is practically a complete meal. Impeccable cleanliness and very spacious rooms. Sirolo is beautiful, and in this beauty the B&B Le Rose finds its rightful place. Recommended.

We stayed at this Le Rose B&B last week and we highly recommend it. The structure is brand new, the room is clean, and the bathroom, in particular, can be compared to those of the best hotels. There's really everything. The breakfast is excellent and abundant, and the manager has been very kind and always available to give us advice on the best restaurants and things to see. Finally, its location is ideal: a stone's throw from the center and bus stops to the beaches. What can I say? If we spend our holidays in Sirolo again, we will definitely return to this structure!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Le Rose B&B for 8 nights during the summer period (July 23-July 31). The property is in an enviable location, just a few meters from the center of Sirolo and the main beaches. It is also possible to reach the nearby Numana on foot. The internal parking is very convenient, a rarity in Sirolo. The newly created structure has a large and new bathroom, the rooms are simple but very clean and equipped with a TV and air conditioning. The breakfast is plentiful and the manager always leaves some 'snacks' for the afternoon (for example, a fruit salad for when you return from the beach). Thanks to the fact that Le Rose B&B has few rooms (3), the manager treats his customers very well and pampers them with every comfort, always available to provide information and anything the customer needs. A rare feature to find in other accommodations is the possibility of borrowing beach towels.
