Our B&B is located in a recently built detached villa with a large garden and fenced parking, in the absolute tranquility of the Conero Park.
The property is located 2 km from the city center, the train station and the Navy, 1. 5 km from the Passetto beach and 5 km from the Portonovo beach.
300 meters from the B&B is the Pietralacroce neighborhood, with a bus stop to the center (bus no. 91 and 92) and all services (pharmacy, post office, supermarket, bar, rotisserie, restaurant, butcher and other shops).
For those who love walking in nature, in a few minutes on foot you can reach the splendid Scalaccia beach.
The B&B has a double bedroom with bathroom and a 50 square meter apartment, both with independent entrance from the garden.
The room has a double bedroom, a desk, a wardrobe, a fridge, a TV, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, wi-fi, independent external access.
The apartment is divided into two areas: one part with a fully equipped kitchen, for exclusive use, with a table and chairs and one part with a wardrobe, a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed.
It is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, wi-fi, an independent external entrance.
Guests can use the outdoor spaces (veranda, garden and, on request, a barbecue) and have their own terrace in the garden, equipped with a table, chairs and a beach umbrella.
The garden also hosts Blondie and Zac, medium-sized dog, very docile with people and animals and two very sociable cats.
The garden is completely fenced. Four-legged friends are welcome.
The B&B is connected to the center, the station, the Marina, Portonovo and Mezzavalle with bus lines.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laura's. She is very welcoming, gives good advice and is attentive. The view is very nice and the garden is spacious, pretty and quiet. However, if you have neighbors (from another of her rentals) who are noisy, you can hear them through the connecting door.

The place is very beautiful, perfect for relaxing, just outside the center and on the way to the sea. The studio is cool, with a kitchen and a spacious and welcoming area. There is a large garden with grass where I did yoga and read in the evening in the company of the lovely cats and Blondie, the kindest and most respectful dog I have ever met. There are various beach options reachable by bus, but also on foot, although I found it better with the car. Thank you very much Laura.

I spent five fabulous days where peace, tranquillity, and silence reigned supreme. I visited many places using only local transportation (the bus stops are within easy reach of the b&b) or, for those like me who enjoy walking, beautiful places can be reached on foot. Mrs. Laura, a splendid person, has a kindness that I have never found in the places where I have stayed. This is the atmosphere that permeates the entire b&b, which deserves to be experienced in its essence: there are 4 wonderful centuries-old oak trees, and you can see truly stunning sunsets. The room is cool, clean, and very comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable; in addition, there is a TV, fridge, microwave, kettle with coffee, teas, and dishes. Excellent.

Comfortable and very clean rooms, quiet and enchanting panorama. The host is welcoming and friendly, and has always been available to our needs. The sea is within reach, reachable on foot in 20 minutes for those who, like us, enjoy walking, and the city center 5 minutes by car. We will definitely come back.

Very nice and peaceful place, from here you can easily reach the Conero and also the city center, located in the village of Pietralacroce, within the municipality of Ancona. The room is very clean and you have access to a large garden where you can have breakfast in front of a beautiful landscape. Our host was very helpful and discreet, truly a great find.

I stayed for four days in this beautiful property with my wife and my three children. Located in a strategic position (a few minutes from the historic center and the beaches), the house, recently built, is very fresh and quiet. We had an entire apartment available, consisting of two very bright rooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The independent entrance allowed us to come in and out of the house in total autonomy. Laura and Gino, the managers, are delightful, discreet but present for any need. My children (aged twelve, eight, and two) had a lot of fun in the large garden and played for a long time with the two kittens and the two peaceful dogs. For the first time, they participated in the vegetable harvest (grown by manager Gino with care and patience), zucchini, peas, and tomatoes in large quantities! The breakfast is rich and varied, we had the recipe for the homemade cake left for us, but we will definitely return soon to taste it again! We felt 'at home.

We had a great time, my girlfriend and I. We were struck by the naturalness of the place and the excellent hospitality received. We went to the beach at Passetto in a few minutes, a splendid and very convenient place, even reachable by elevator. After the beach, we explored the inland, which was very interesting. The apartment is cool and spacious, equipped with all comforts, and the location is excellent, close to the city and the sea. One very convenient thing: the kitchen, which was exclusively available to us, allowed us to cook lunch and dinner, so we did not have to go to the restaurant for that, with the advantage of considerable savings. Laura and Luigi, the managers, friendly, attentive but discreet, left us with a very pleasant memory of Ancona. We will return.

Very welcoming B&B. The location, immersed in greenery with breathtaking landscapes, is 10 minutes by car from Sirolo in Conero and 15 from the beaches of Numana. Equipped with all comforts, it is excellently managed by Mrs. Laura and her family. We recommend it to everyone, even to those with four-legged friends. Do not miss Mrs. Laura's cakes.

Very welcoming B&B, in a strategic position, 10 minutes from the center, with a splendid view of the hills and just steps away from the Conero Park. Moreover, the sea is always 10 minutes by car. The managers are delightful and available for any needs. In short, a place to relax and enjoy nature. I recommend: take a walk in the evening just outside the entrance gate. Some small "luminous" surprises will keep you company.
