Description
Our B&B is located in a recently built single-family villa, with a large garden and parking spaces. in the absolute peace of the Conero park.
The structure is located 2. 5 km from the city center, the railway station and the navy, 1. 5 km from the Passetto beach and 5 km from the Portonovo beach.
Those who love walking in nature can reach the splendid Scalaccia beach in a few minutes.
At 300 meters from the structure there is the village of Pietralacroce, equipped with a bus stop for the center n. 91 and 92, and all services (pharmacy, post office, supermarket, bar, rotisserie, fishmonger, restaurant, etc.).
We have a double room and a small apartment of 50m2.
The apartment is divided into two areas: one part is equipped as a kitchen, for exclusive use, and a part as a living room/bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people.
It is equipped with TV, air conditioning, fireplace, bathroom with shower, independent external entrance.
The double room has two single beds, desk, wardrobe, refrigerator, TV, kettle, independent external access.
Guests can use the external areas (veranda, garden) and have the exclusive availability of a small terrace in the garden, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella.
The garden is also home to Blondie, a medium-sized female dog, very docile with people and sociable with other animals, and two cats.
The garden is completely fenced. Four-legged friends are welcome.
The B&B is connected to the centre, the station, the navy, Portonovo and Mezzavalle by bus lines.
Transport services by car are guaranteed on request.

Il signor Luigi e la sig. Laura sono stati gentilissimi e premurosi nel garantire il nostro anche se pur veloce soggiorno il più confortevole possibile.

Ho soggiornato 4 giorni in questa splendida struttura insieme a mia moglie e ai miei tre figli. Situata in posizione strategica (a pochi minuti dal centro storico e dalle spiagge) la casa, di recente costruzione, è freschissima e tranquilla. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione un appartamento intero composto da due stanze luminosissime, angolo cottura e bagno. L'ingresso indipendente ci ha permesso di entrare ed uscire da casa in totale autonomia. Laura e Gino, i gestori, sono deliziosi, discreti ma presenti per qualsiasi necessità. I miei figli (di 12, 8 e 2 anni) si sono divertirti molto nel grande giardino e hanno giocato a lungo con i due gattini e i due pacifici cani. Per la prima volta hanno partecipato alla raccolta di verdure (coltivate dal gestore Gino con cura e pazienza)zucchine, piselli, pomodori in grande quantità! La colazione è ricca e varia, ci siamo fatti lasciare la ricetta della torta fatta in casa ma sicuramente torneremo presto per assaggiarla ancora! Ci siamo sentiti 'a casa.

Siamo stati benissimo, io è la mia ragazza, ci ha colpito la naturalezza del posto e la grande ospitalità' ricevuta, siamo andati al mare al Passetto in pochi minuti, un posto splendido e comodissimo, raggiungibile addirittura in ascensore.
Dopo il mare abbiamo girato nell'entroterra, molto interessante.
L'appartamento è fresco e ampio, dotato di tutti i confort, la posizione ottima, vicino alla città' e al mare.
Una cosa comodissima: la cucina a nostra esclusiva disposizione ci ha permesso di cucinare a pranzo e a cena così non abbiamo dovuto andare al ristorante per forza, con il vantaggio di un notevole risparmio.
Laura e Luigi, i gestori, affabili, attenti ma discreti, ci hanno lasciato un ricordo molto piacevole di Ancona.
Torneremo.

B&B molto ospitale, la locazione immersa nel verde con paesaggi mozzafiato, si trova a 10 minuti di macchina da Sirolo nel Conero e 15 dalle spiagge di Numana. Dotato di tutti i confort, è ottimamente gestito dalla signora Laura e famiglia. Lo consigliamo a tutti, anche ai possessori di amici a quattro zampe. (Non perdetevi le torte della signora Laura).

B&B molto accogliente, in posizione strategica, a 10 minuti dal centro, con una splendida vista sulle colline e a due passi dal parco del Conero; inoltre il mare dista sempre 10 minuti di macchina. I gestori sono deliziosi e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, insomma un posto dove rilassarsi e gustarsi la natura. Consiglio: fate una passeggiata la sera appena fuori dal cancello d'ingresso, delle piccole sorprese "luminose" vi faranno compagnia!
