Description
Le Magnolie Bed & Breakfast is a cosy and recently restored cottage in Fontespina. It is a nice spot, very close to the seashore, and near to Civitanova centre and to the old medieval village of Civitanova Alta.

Confortable and quite, furnished with taste, combining modern styles and retrò details, Le Magnolie offers the chance to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and, at the same time, to reach easily and quickly the most actractive places of our region.

For these reasons, our B&B is specifically suitable for spending pleasant summer holidays enjoying the sun and the sea of the Adriatic coast, but also for disovering the cultural, artistic and historical places of Marche region.

Magnolie B&B offers at guests' disposal three wide rooms: Camera Rubino, Camera Ambra and Camera Smeraldo, carefully furnished and provided with bathroom, lcd tv and wi-fi lan.

It has also a private parking and a portico, where, in the summertime, it is possible to have breakfast enjoying quiteness and warmth of the morning.

Breakfast includes a choice of ciambellone, crostata, or apple pie made by Carmela. You can have espresso coffee or use the moka pot to make coffee, tea, barley, snacks, biscuits, yogurt, fruit juices, jams, chocolate spread, and rusks. You can have breakfast on your own using the kitchen, just like at home, in the large living room or under the porch overlooking the sea during the summer. If you prefer having breakfast at a bar, there's an affiliated bar available. If you want a savory breakfast, it will cost an additional €10 per room.

I am a girl who loves to be solar in the midst of people and traveling. But I also love my home, making it cozy and always well maintained is one of my main hobbies. Mrs. Carmela is an excellent host! She is a lovely, welcoming, discreet, very helpful woman. Attentive to everything! For every request, if possible, she does everything to fulfill it! She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations! Highly recommended.

Clean and equipped with all comforts. Mrs. Carmela who manages it is very kind and extremely helpful. Convenient location to reach Urbino, Loreto, and Recanati. The B&B is in a non-traffic area and allows you to sleep in absolute tranquility. Breakfast prepared by Carmela with biscuits and donuts but every day the lady also brought us freshly baked croissants that she went to get for us. In the structure, there are coffee, milk, juices, chamomile, various types of herbal teas, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, and everything you need for a stay. We will definitely come back as soon as possible. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed at Le Magnolie B&B for 6 nights, as a couple with a dog. We immediately felt at home. Delicious, rich and varied breakfast. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. The lady is super nice and helpful.

Quiet and breezy place, with sea view from the porch. Other great points of Le Magnolie B&B, and close to many services like the supermarket, the pharmacy, bars and restaurants, in 10 minutes on foot you are by the sea. The availability and friendliness of Mrs. Carmela are exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay, I definitely plan to come back.

Everything was very clean even in this Covid situation, Mrs. Carmela was very helpful allowing us to check in earlier than expected and prepared a delicious ciambellone along with other breakfast items! Ground floor of a private house, single, ample parking in a private courtyard, well-kept structure, rich breakfast with packaged pastries, yogurt, fruit juices, coffee, tea or herbal teas, jams, chocolate, bottled water. Only note in the bathroom soaps, towels holder, and bathtub non-slip mat used and dated, however, new and clean sanitary facilities. Not recommended for those looking for sea and beach with small children, as it is in an elevated neighborhood and not very close to the beach, 800/900 meters.

Beautiful stay, a lovely villa with a garden, within walking distance to the northern promenade but in a quiet residential area; simple yet functional room and bathroom, excellent value for money, perhaps the best I've seen, delivers everything it promises and deserves the highest rating. Mrs. Carmela is very kind!

Just outside the seafront and the hustle and bustle, which I really appreciated, but with a short walk you can get anywhere. Carmela is really kind and caring.

Abbiamo soggiornato un week end in questo B&B io ed il mio fidanzato per staccare un po' la spina e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la struttura è situata in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla quindi il relax è assicurato, tutto molto pulito e arredato finemente e con gusto, in più la signora Carmela disponibilissima ci ha fatto sentire a casa accogliendoci con un delizioso dolce appena sfornato per le colazioni. Che dire, torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo. Grazie ancora.

Si potrebbe scrivere molto sull'apprezzamento del soggiorno in questo B&B. Invece dico solo che la qualità ed il gusto degli ambienti, la pulizia e la cortesia della signora Carmela, insieme alla bontà dei suoi dolci sono difficili da ritrovare altrove. Andateci tutti, ma lasciate un posto anche per me.

B&B Le Manolias is a great place to stay! Our room was big, bright, the bed was great, the view was great and the bedroom was also wonderful. The house was cozy and cool, which was very nice when you came back from the beach (distance: 5 minutes!!). Special thanks to Carmela. She is a very nice and sweet woman who want's to do everything for you. And a special thank you for Giuseppe. We loved the fruit from his garden. We loved our stay in Le Magnolias and we will definitely come back.

Tutto meraviglioso. Struttura ubicata in casa indipendente ristrutturata con gusto e ben arredata, in zona molto tranquilla, ma non isolata, e a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare. Anche il centro di Civitanova non è lontano ed è comodamente raggiungibile. Ordine e pulizia sono ai massimi livelli. L'accoglienza, l'ospitalità, la gentilezza e la disponibilità sono tali da farti sentire veramente come in famiglia, ma senza invadere la tua privacy e lasciandoti la massima libertà. La colazione è eccellente, anche grazie ai ciambelloni della signora Carmela. Io e mio marito vi abbiamo soggiornato una settimana e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, quindi la consigliamo senza nessun dubbio. Grazie ancora alla famiglia che ci ha ospitati, torneremo sicuramente.
