Studio apartment of 40 sqm in area well served by commercial activities and public services. At 250 meters from the main train station, 1, 5 km from port and 1. 5 km from central selection of the navy and the Palaindor sports center.

Completely renovated in February 2016 with pretty decorative elements.

Ideal for a romantic getaway, for those who are passing waiting for ferries to the various summer destinations or for those who want to turn the region brands having a fixed point to come back to the centrality of the city compared to the region.

Hello! I am Olga, I have always loved traveling and will continue to do so as long as I can. For every place I visited, I realized that finding a cozy and familiar place at the end of the day, after being turned all day, is not an added value but a necessity! That's why I decided to put myself 'on the other sidè and create a location for those who, like me, are looking for a place where they can relax and feel a little bit at home. This is where La Tana del Nano was born! A very nice one / two-room apartment where you will find a welcoming environment, almost like in a fairy tale! Come and relax with us, you will not regret it! Very well-served area. Extremely close to the central train station and the bus terminal for destinations everywhere. Supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, pharmacies, coin-operated and regular laundries, ice cream shops, mechanics, electricians, international grocery stores, herbalists, etc. Very convenient area to reach the Navy recruitment center.

Beds extremely comfortable and we slept well. Fairly quiet neighbourhood, not in the best area but convenient for station, where there are frequent buses to the center. Property very secure and we (two mature ladies) felt safe.

Delightful, well-kept and comfortable place, in a quiet and convenient location for getting around the city (a pleasant walk to reach the Historic Center) but also for leaving the city (by train, with the station 5 minutes away or by car). The spaces of the apartment are comfortable and well organized and Olga's availability for any need is extremely high and very kind. You feel at home and in great relaxation. I will definitely come back!

We stayed only 2 nights and I believe that the spaces dedicated to guests to store things are few or non-existent (the wardrobe had only 5 hangers and no available shelf); it is not recommended for a beach holiday because there are neither spaces nor equipment to dry swimsuits and/or towels; breakfast is included but it is not 'served' and you have to wash the dishes used.

La colazione non viene servita perché l'appartamento viene dato ad uso esclusivo, quindi l'ospite può godere di tutta la privacy di cui ha bisogno e può far colazione a proprio piacimento e a qualsiasi ora, cosa che vi è stata detta al momento della prenotazione. La tana del nano dispone di una cucina attrezzata in tutto a completa disposizione esclusiva di chi vi soggiorna, dove vi si può cucinare e usare piatti e stoviglie di cui è dotata.... saremmo dovuti venire anche a lavarvi i piatti dei pasti principali? Per stendere i panni o gli asciugamani, in casa esiste uno stendino. Non capisco come facciate a dire il contrario. L'armadio è a tre ante e nello scomparto di destra ci sono i ripiani, forse non lo avete aperto.

Locale ben curato anche nei dettagli più piccoli, tutto nuovo e molto pulito. Non manca niente, dall'indispensabile a libri e cd. Gentilissimi anche i gestori, ho avuto modo di parlare sia con Olga al cellulare che con Elena di persona, entrambe disponibilissime per qualsiasi cosa. Consigliatissimo.

Tutto perfetto, 2 minuti dalla stazione, appartamento in ottime condizioni, molto protetto e intimo, vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo? Per chi è abituato a dormire in zone isolate si accorge che Ancona, come tutte le grandi città, dormono poco, si sentono i classici fruscii cittadini.

GrazieDa Flavio! Ben detto per quanto riguarda i fruscii chi cerca il silenzio assoluto dovrebbe prenotare in campagna ma poi non ha la stazione e tutti i servizi a due passi da casa. Inoltre, le finestre della Tana e l'ingresso non danno sulla strada, oltretutto secondaria, ma su di un piccolo spiazzo erboso. Torna a trovarci! Ciao.

Tra nevicate e terremoti siete stati un intermezzo di tranquillità. Ho trovato la casa molto carina e funzionale. Tutto in ordine ma soprattutto molto pulito. Già prima dell'arrivo ho trovato cortesia, disponibilità e soprattutto grande capacità di gestire gli imprevisti. Un soggiorno decisamente gradevole! Lo consiglierei? Assolutamente si! Grazie Olga.
