Quiet location, in the immediate outskirts of the city, on top of a small hill, in the middle of a nice park. The house consists of two recently renovated apartments, spacious, equipped with everything you may need: pots, dishes, detergents and also products for preparing breakfast (tea, milk, cookies, toast, croissants, jams, Nutella, as well as salt, oil, sugar, pasta, tomato sauce). The owners are very kind, very discreet but available. In the garden, the two delightful puppies (Spotty and Lilly) roam around, discreet but also affectionate and playful, as well as a couple of cats. Absolutely recommended place, although you need a car to get around.

Paolo is a very skilled and kind manager, ready to give advice on where to eat or places to visit. If I were to return to Pesaro, I would stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights and I must say we had a great time, more than a room it is an apartment well laid out and clean, private parking all surrounded by greenery, on the hill, about 15 minutes by car from the center of Pesaro. Mr. Paolo, who welcomed us, is a very helpful and discreet person. Breakfast is independent, in the sense that they leave everything in the kitchen (jams, biscuits, rusks, coffee, tea, etc.) and then you manage the preparation yourself, a bit like at home. I definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable structure for a vacation, immersed in the tranquility of the outskirts. Everything is very clean and the manager is very helpful and kind, it's like being hosted by friends.

We had a huge space available, where one could live all year round. Breakfast was abundant, well beyond expectations, with the possibility of also having other meals. Packaged products, but in a period of health emergency, they seem perfect to me. Very convenient parking and relaxing garden. Too bad about the mosquitoes, but with citronella, coil incense, and mosquito nets on the windows, it went well.
