We have 2 rooms for 2 or 3 people with private services, air conditioned and fridge. One of it is a mini apartment with kitchen. You have large area to park the car and enjoy your holiday in total relax. You can also have free internet wireless connection.

You are 20 minute drive from the beach (Adriatic Sea) and 20 minute drive from the hills and mountains.

You have also interesting places to visit in our country: nice little villages near us full of history and nature, the cities of Tolentino, Macerata, Camerino, Loreto..

La Mimosa B&B is located in the lower part of the town, from where you can admire the upper part; just a few steps away you can reach the two villages where you can find bars, ice cream shops, shops, restaurants, wine bars, and pharmacies.

We are 30 minutes away from the sea and 30 minutes away from the mountains...every day your vacation could be different!

Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity, you can visit Camerino, Tolentino, Caldarola, and all the medieval villages of the Sibillini Mountains. In particular, in Tolentino, the Basilica of San Nicola, the Castle of La Rancia, and the Devil's Bridge are of particular interest.

The historic center of Belforte del Chienti is located on the top of a steep hill (347 m above sea level) and preserves the wide circle of walls from the 14th century, repeatedly rebuilt and restored in recent times, and the arch of the Porta di Santa Lucia, which is documented no earlier than the 18th century, but no longer the ancient doors of Vercungiano (which led to Borgo Santa Maria) and Triturano (which led to Borgo San Giovanni).

Another symbol of the town is the Polyptych of Giovanni Boccati to be admired in the church of Sant'Eustachio.

The town (pop. about 1670) develops more in the lower part in the two villages of the 13th - 14th century and in the other hamlets, and presents itself as a small center but rich in environmental and historical-artistic beauties.

How to reach us:

- In 30 minutes by highway from the A 14 Milan - Bari motorway exit, Civitanova - Macerata exit, and then Civitanova - Foligno highway, Belforte del Chienti exit.

- The Fabriano - Civitanova railway line, Tolentino stop, Contram bus.

The property is located in the Valle del Chienti, with various attractions nearby. Easy to reach and run with a family atmosphere. The accommodation consists of small apartments equipped with a bedroom, living room with an extra bed, bathroom and kitchen provided with every convenience (washing machine, hairdryer, etc.). Excellent cleanliness and very kind hosts.

If I could give more than 10,I would gladly do so. We found this B&B by chance and were pleasantly surprised,not so much by the property but by the love we found. It felt like returning home after 10 hours of travel. We found Mrs. Silvana waiting for us like a mother waits for her children and grandchildren. We found humility and simplicity,which are truly rare today. The room was tidy and equipped with all comforts. Breakfast was plentiful and genuine. Mr. Tommaso,equally exceptional,accompanied us in the rain to pick up dinner at a nearby eatery. What can I say: if you are looking for all this,do not hesitate to spend your stay in this place full of hospitality and love for others from the owners Silvana and Tommaso.

The structure is modest and essential, with a pleasant and comfortable "family" atmosphere. The managers are very helpful and welcoming. The cleanliness is top-notch and the rooms are very comfortable. Very comfortable bed. I stopped for one night for work in that area and I would have no doubt about returning if needed.

We chose this property as a base for a tour of the main cities of the Marche region and the many medieval villages, as well as for a jump to the sea (in the Conero park area which is 1 hour away but worth it). The location of the property about 30 minutes from Macerata is very convenient for city visits or mountain excursions. The host is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The breakfast, abundant, ranges from sweet to savory. Impeccable cleanliness (according to my wife who is particularly attentive). Truly recommended!

The managers are fantastic people, I arrived at their facility during a bike trip and they warmly welcomed me. The evening I arrived there were no restaurants open in the village and it was about to rain, Mr. Tommaso kindly drove me to the nearest restaurant. Our stay was short but very pleasant. The location is a quiet place for those who want to relax or have a good position to visit the places around Tolentino. Excellent the mini apartment with 3 beds, which proved to be extremely functional since we were 2 women and 1 man (the manager didn't know, it was a pleasant surprise, even though we were ready to stay in a single room). Very good location, from which places of considerable interest can be reached quickly. The owner is very friendly and also provided us with a sumptuous and delicious breakfast. To suggest and to return.

I stayed at B&B La Mimosa for the Sibillini Gran Fondo cycling event. I had found this place almost by chance but it was truly a stroke of luck. Unfortunately, my stay was very short but it took just a short time to get in perfect harmony with the owners of the property. The place is very suggestive, immersed in the colors of the countryside, quiet, peaceful and a short distance from the most important centers. The room assigned to me immediately pleased me: very cozy, well-structured (there is also a small kitchen space very useful), clean and well maintained. Mrs. Silvana and her husband were really kind, caring and made me feel at home and a nice friendship immediately formed. I make a last small mention of the breakfast, to say the least, magnificent and abundant with truly exquisite homemade pastries. If you are planning a vacation in the Marche region, I heartily recommend B&B La Mimosa, you will be truly satisfied.
