La Madonnina dei Pantani is located in the heart of Marche, in the province of Macerata, nestled in the beautiful and wild hills of the Apennines, 20 km from the historic town of Fabriano, the city of the paper.

It 'a B & B, newly built, family-run, is located 50 meters from the historic center of Matelica.

It has a green space outside the house where you can spend pleasant hours and private parking is free on site.

The property has 2 apartments with separate entrance, spacious common areas, such as the living room and outdoor spaces, modern décor and well cared for including TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower.

The breakfast includes pastries, cakes, muffins, coffee, tea or cappuccino.

Upon arrival you will be given your room key in order to guarantee the complete independence.

B&B super approved! Mrs. Giovanna is very friendly and caring, she makes sure you lack nothing! The location is convenient, just a short walk from the center of Matelica. The environment is clean and very well maintained. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need. I needed a garage for my motorcycle and there was one too! Excellent value for money. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

I stayed two nights at La Madonnina dei Pantani, a stunning, clean, tidy, and well-equipped place. It's practically a studio apartment but larger. The lady is lovely, with a fantastic welcome, very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for everything. A 10 out of 10 place. Highly recommended.

My family and I stayed at this bed and breakfast for a week and we had a great time, to tell the truth it's already the third time we come back because we feel at home and, also having my husband's relatives in Matelica, it remains an important point of reference for us who come from Piedmont. The first time we happened to come by chance but it was a pleasant surprise to find a place where we feel fully pampered and our every little desire fulfilled. Mrs. Giovanna with her husband are very nice and kind people and personally take care of all the management and are very attentive to every detail, the cleanliness is impeccable. The location is very good as it is at an acceptable distance from many places of historical and religious interest such as Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Frasassi caves, and moreover in about an hour's drive you can reach Civitanova, a seaside place very suitable for children. All these places can be visited in a day as the distance is not excessive. A holiday in a special place with special people.

New Year's Eve in Matelica. I stayed at the B&B La Madonnina dei Pantani for New Year's Eve and I must say that the beautiful reviews I had read on the website are all true. A warm apartment we found upon our arrival and considering the freezing cold outside, it was a very welcome reception. Then Mrs. Giovanna and her husband make you feel at home. Difficult to find owners like them. Imagine that they didn't even think about advertising that the structure is earthquake-proof and recently built. For those not used to earthquakes, it's a real blessing. You can sleep peacefully and enjoy your vacation in peace. The cleanliness and good smell are immediately visible as well as the modernity of the furnishings. Autonomous radiators, dishwasher, and walk-in closet. We will definitely come back. The house is very close to the main points of interest and there are many. Parking is guaranteed and every minimal request immediately fulfilled. I'm just sorry that after my review it will be harder to find it available, but it would be unfair not to reward those who have shown with facts that they deserve in my opinion the highest possible score.

A very pleasant weekend in the heart of the Marche region. An excellent 'home base' from which to explore many interesting places. As for the judgment on the stay at this splendid B&B, I deliberately tried to be 'hypercritical' for the benefit of those who are evaluating the various opportunities to stay overnight in this area, but it is really difficult to resist the temptation to 'push all the sliders' to the maximum and even beyond. I was pleasantly impressed by the house and the great taste for the owners' furniture, minimal but warm. Everything is brand new and there is everything you need even for extended stays, comfortable, at hand and with ample space to feel a bit like 'at home'. The walk-in closet in the room is a real gem. A nice 10 and praise to Mrs. Giovanna who welcomes with great sympathy and kindness, but with equal discretion. Impeccable cleanliness and service. Better than a hotel. Perhaps there won't be the buffet of the big hotels at breakfast, But Mrs. Giovanna brings what we request the day before and the croissants are freshly baked. Correct price, maybe you are not exactly in the main square of the historic center (but just behind it) but this way you are more sheltered from noise and closer to the main road, to get back on the road.
