The B&B La Dimora 75mq consists of a room with a double bed, an additional single bed, a garage, free adjacent parking, TV, hairdryer, and no pets are allowed.

No tourist tax is required to be added.

This 75 sqm apartment is located in the center of Castelferretti, 4 km from the center of Falconara, adjacent to Ancona-Falconara airport (one minute by car), 10 minutes by car from Ancona Regional Hospital, and 4 km from the center and train station of Falconara Marittima (sandy beach) and the Children's Zoo Park (2 km). It is also adjacent (1 km) to the A14 Adriatic highway exit and SS 76 Ancona Roma. 5 km from Chiaravalle, 15 km from Ancona, 20 km from the Conero Riviera (Portonovo), 15 km from Jesi and 15 km from Senigallia. 40 km from the Frasassi Caves, the most beautiful in Europe.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay at La Dimora. Enrico treated us with great kindness. The structure was bright, clean, and comfortable, and its location near Ancona airport was ideal. It is a great place to stay.

Better than the pictures. Everything perfectly clean. Quiet residential area. Convenient because it's on the ground floor, easy to unload luggage, excellent welcome from the manager. Mosquito nets and window grilles allow you to leave the windows open and sleep well. Everything very functional. The breakfast is with packaged products, we used few because we had our own. However, coffee machine and plenty of pods. Since it is an independent solution, it would be suitable for an even longer stay, we stayed for three nights and we were fine.

P.S: se hai dei gusti particolari, delle allergie o intolleranze (come me), per la colazione chiedi pure in anticipo cercheremo di accontentarti il più possibile.

Warm welcome and treated like family members. Owners' availability promptly if needed. Friendly and discreet neighborhood.\n\nVery busy main road nearby, causing noise disturbances especially at night.\n\nThe room does not have wifi.\n\nToo bad the terrace is not equipped with a table, chairs, and parasol. A barbecue would be a significant plus to have small outdoor grills in the evening, enjoying a bit of cooler air.\n\nCorrect breakfast with a variety of infusion products, a pity for the industrial pastries and the lack of butter.\n\nGood place to relax, with the sea not far away.
