This new accommodation, from the sober and essential lines, offers n. 2 triple rooms (double bed + single bed) and two double beds (double bed or 2 single beds on request), rooms are equipped with bathroom and all amenities, as well as common areas: a lounge with LED TV 40 Inch and studio consoles, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony (such as a smoking area). There is also a private parking, right below the house.

The location is in a strategic position for Ancona: 10 minutes drive from the Riviera del Conero, near the city center (bus stop at 10 meters) next to Villa Igea Care House, close to the Naval Selection Center, to the headquarters Of the Istituto Caggiari and toPalaindoor and of the athletics field "Conti".

I spent only one day in this B&B and the experience was more than excellent. The property is welcoming, spotless, and well-kept down to the smallest details. The room was comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious, with good products enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere. The real strong point, however, is the hospitality: the owner is very kind. The location is excellent, convenient for exploring Ancona, close to the national recruitment center of the Navy, but also to enjoy a bit of tranquility. A place I would undoubtedly return to! Highly recommended! 😊

Great experience. The property has an indoor parking and a private courtyard furnished with tables, chairs, and umbrella. Internally, the building is wisely divided and the 4 rooms are designed to have sufficient space. There is no balcony except the common one for hanging clothes. Mostly, the bathrooms are windowless. The location is not very strategic for the beaches, but in 2 minutes you can reach the nearest supermarket and it's 15 minutes away from any beach you may want to visit around there.

The owner was very punctual, helpful and welcoming, she even recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable, except for the smell of smoke that the previous occupants had evidently caused. Overall, though, it was a good stay.

Excellent bed and breakfast, Roberta is very friendly and the rooms are renovated and clean. It takes 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Ancona and 15 minutes to the beaches of Vomero. If you wish, you can also go to Numana (about 20 minutes). Suitable for couples, we were very satisfied.

Excellent location both for those without a car as it is well served by public transport, and for those with a car as there is a private parking inside and you can move easily throughout Ancona. Furthermore, the owner is kind and welcoming to the guests, it feels like being at your own home. My rating is Excellent.

Very delightful and welcoming structure, clean and the kitchen is equipped with all the accessories. Great location, 70 m from Villa Igea, the quality-price ratio is excellent (double room 70 euros) Mrs. Roberta is available and always ready to advise you, of a unique kindness. We had a great time.

Very beautiful structure, especially new and well maintained, very convenient as it is close to the Villa Igea Clinic. It has a nice kitchen where you can also cook or eat something without always going to the restaurant. I think cleanliness (in addition to the very nice furnishings) is its strong point. Roberta, the owner, is very kind and not intrusive. What can I say, thank you Roberta, despite my situation I felt at home.

Cozy and well-furnished B&B. The breakfast, although very abundant, could be improved with fresh bakery products. Good location but not very private due to the lack of an external gate. Overall a very good structure that I definitely recommend.

I stayed for the Navy medical examinations as the B&B is located near the recruitment center. Mrs. Roberta, very kind, waited for me until midnight when I arrived, everything very clean and welcoming, I could only give a high rating. I thank again Mrs. Roberta, a friendly and kind person. Breakfast included and modern rooms, aesthetically beautiful, equipped with all comforts.

New, beautiful, welcoming, and very well-kept structure. Right next to the Villa Igea nursing home (the two structures are adjacent, closer than this is impossible). I stayed there for two nights to assist a person hospitalized at Villa Igea and I had a great time. Roberta, the owner, is very kind and helpful. The room is beautiful, large, and cozy. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The breakfast area is another TOP point, the choice is very varied and everything is well taken care of. The price is very good compared to the service and quality found. Another strength is the private parking. Many thanks to Roberta, she made us feel at home. Highly recommended for me!

Brand new B&B equipped with every comfort. Quiet, finely furnished, very clean, flawless. Shared kitchen always available, clean and well-stocked, with the possibility of using a brand new and very clean refrigerator. Cozy common living room with super welcoming TV, wonderful rooms, very comfortable bed and clean sheets. Top bathrooms. Very serious, very kind and very hospitable owner. I was there during the written tests of the 2017 lawyer exam and I couldn't ask for better in terms of cleanliness, comfort, tranquility, flexibility of schedules and functionality. Brand new! Oh, Roberta knows perfectly how to pamper guests, providing very pleasant sweet treats like sugar-coated almonds and nougat next to the bed to wish happy holidays! Great price. Therefore, highly recommended!

The only drawback is the location of the structure, close to a fairly busy street.
