La Casa di Titti is located in the heart of Civitanova Marche, opposite to the main Street of shopping, restaurants and cafè, the main square P. zza xx settembre and 10 minutes walk from the beaches and touristic harbour. It is also next to the railway station and the main bus stop. The structure has 3 bedrooms all equipped with private bathroom with shower, tv, heating, air conditioning, free wi-fi, mini fridge, linen, hairdryer, bath equipment. A parking is available on request. Pets are not allowed. Non smoking area.

Property a few steps from the seaside village and adjacent to the town square, right in the center! The B&B is new, recently renovated and run by Maria Luisa, who is very polite, friendly and always helpful. We had a great stay and it's 500-600 meters from the sea.

An excellent location with great attention to detail, I would say super (I underline probably for the friendliness of the owner towards everything she does 'france') and still very pleasant.
