600 meters from Ospedali Riuniti Torrette.
Small and not crowded. Simple, comfortable with a family atmosphere.
The bed and breakfast consists of 3 rooms, ALL WITH EXCLUSIVE BATHROOM.
Room 1: a double room with a private bathroom.
Room 2: a double room with a private bathroom.
Room 3: a single room with a private bathroom.
All bathrooms have been completely renovated in recent years.
Room cleaning is done as needed.
Common areas: living room for breakfast.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Room cleaning is done as needed.
There is no parking problem, we have a public and free parking 20 meters away.
We are close to: (all easily reachable on foot)

Our structure is the ideal location for all people who need to assist their loved ones admitted to the hospital, for students and teachers of the university, for those who need to embark from the port of Ancona, and for all traveling families who will feel at home here.
Our guests will have the opportunity to discover the surroundings of our structure thanks to the guidance and directions of the managers. In the vicinity of our structure, it will be possible to find everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation, from sports to culture, from shopping to relaxation.
The managers speak Italian, English, and Spanish fluently.

Danilo is a young retiree with many interests and hobbies. A few months ago with my family we decided to open a Bed and Breakfast. So in recent months we have been dedicated to the renovation of my house to dedicate to this activity. We love meeting people and we are young!

Great location for those who need to go to the Torrette hospital as it is about a 10-minute walk away. We stayed at 'Il Verde Pino' for a few days and we had a great time. Everything is very welcoming, excellent rooms, great cleanliness, and ok breakfast. Not to mention the owner, a delightful person. I recommend it.

Excellent accommodation for those coming to Ancona for work, study or leisure. Very convenient location for moving towards the city and for external connections, the proximity to the Torrette hospital makes the B&B very interesting for those who, for example, have to take exams or tests in Medicine, or visit sick relatives. Well-kept and comfortable interiors, good and plentiful breakfast, friendly and very helpful manager. Highly recommended!

Posizione molto favorevole a pochi passi dalla stazione di Torrette e dalla fermata dell'autobus. Casa molto luminosa e nuovissima, dotata di tutti i comfort. Colazione davvero abbondante e, non ultimo, grandissima simpatia, disponibilità e gentilezza del signor Danilo!
