Wonderful place with a direct sea view and a view of the pool and the hills in the back. Perfect location then. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Rooms very clean, as well as the pool and the common areas. Enzo is a very helpful and kind person. I would not change anything, everything is perfect. Very nice place, on the hill of Falconata with a sea view. The bed and breakfast is very well-kept, we enjoyed our stay, we liked it a lot. Varied and quality breakfast. The presence of the pool is an added value in hot periods.

The B&B is located in a panoramic spot, in a beautiful structure with a swimming pool immersed in a nice garden from which you can admire the sunset. The manager is very helpful, friendly, and attentive to solving any needs. From booking for dinner in nearby places to contacting the taxi. We stopped for a bike trip for one night but we would have gladly stayed another night to enjoy some rest and tranquility.

Comfortable stay in a secluded location on a hill behind Falconara Marittima with sea view and surrounded by sunflower fields. Quiet, spacious room and bathroom equipped with all comforts. Super tasty breakfast, very kind and helpful host, even booked the restaurant for us on the evening of our arrival. The pool is a gem. A real jewel to stay in. Mosquitoes practically absent, which is not trivial. The care and attention to detail deserve a full 10.

Just returned from a short 4-day break spent in this beautiful structure from every point of view. The room, spacious, clean, equipped with a minibar and air conditioning. The location is perfect to get away from the city, immersed in greenery with a beautiful pool to relax and sunbathe. Mr. Enzo made us feel at home and above all allowed us to spend relaxing holidays in the company of our Balù, who I think had more fun than anyone. I thank again for the kindness shown in solving a small personal inconvenience and recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to feel at home and pampered at the same time. Perfect!

Great location on top of a hill with panoramic view over the Ancona plain. Very flowery garden, charming small pool. Warm welcome even though we missed our connection in Rome, rented a car and arrived at two in the morning - the boss was waiting for us with a smile. Breakfast worthy of a palace.
