Nestled among the green hills and surrounded by lush vineyards and olive groves, il podere del nonno was born to welcome people who appreciate nature, its colors, its silences, and is strategically located just fifteen minutes from the sea, and close to many historical and cultural center. La property has 3 comfortable guestrooms with bathroom, living room and kitchen for guests to enjoy the genuine breakfast. A studio apartment with wheelchair access and can accommodate up to four people.

In our company you will be welcomed like a family and you will have the opportunity to attend and participate in the activities of our farm, or relax in nature

My name is Manuela, I manage with my family our small farm.

I, my father and my mother take care of the farm, vineyard, olive grove; Grandma prepares desserts and, for those who want to hear it, tells the stories of what life was like many years ago.

I started this adventure because I believe that all start again from the earth..the wine, oil, and our products are the result of our work but most of the work of the generation before me.

Every corner of the house will tell the story of our family of sharecroppers that with hard work and sweat, day after day, they managed to build what you'll see here...

Upon arriving at Il Podere del Nonno, we were immediately greeted with enthusiasm and cordiality by Mrs. Manuela, the owner, who listened to us and told us the story of her business over a great glass of wine. The room, with an exceptional view of the surrounding hills and vineyards, was very clean. Large common room with a relaxation area, coffee machine, refrigerator, and kitchen. Very rich buffet breakfast served in the hospitable ground floor porch. Peace and tranquility reign in the farmhouse.

We stayed at Alessandro Amighetti's for 4 nights and had a great time. He and his family are very welcoming, helpful but also discreet, and it was really nice to spend time chatting with them, and even go for a guided tour in the cellar together! The location is convenient both for sightseeing in the surroundings and going to the sea (which is beautiful by the way), the view is very nice and the rooms are spotless. There is nothing missing in the rooms and kitchen, everything was truly impeccable. For those who love relaxation, conviviality, and the countryside, it is a must-visit place! Thank you Alessandro and see you soon.

We stayed for one night and had a great time. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the apartment is practically new. The landlady Manuela is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended!

My family and I spent 3 days at Podere del Nonno and we can't wait to go back. Gaia Clerici and her family are very hospitable and capable of creating a family-friendly environment where you feel at ease. The breakfasts were superb, unforgettable the ricotta roll. We left with the car full of oil bought directly on site and wine from Cantine Ripane, of which Gaia Clerici and her family are members of the cooperative. If you're looking for a vacation based on simplicity and courtesy, then choose Podere del Nonno.

We spent 15 days in a very warm environment, like being with family, extraordinary welcome, the whole family was very attentive to not let us miss anything, especially at breakfast. The village is very comfortable, we didn't miss anything, not even the abundance of products from the garden. We also had all the tourist information of the area. Truly a charm the holidays for us four (2 couples of adults), we hope to be able to return to Il Podere del Nonno soon, we recommend it to all our friends. Thanks again to the whole family for this beautiful structure.
