In the city of 100 towers, "Il Nido del Picchio" is a small apartment for short stays.
Surrounded by greenery, because it is located on the banks of the Tronto river, adjacent to the city centre, it is only a 5-minute walk from the Renaissance Piazza del Popolo.
The view from the balcony offers a view of the medieval towers, Colle San Marco and the river.
The entrance is independent, the parking is always free and available on the street; the bathroom is private and the kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need.
Guests can take advantage of free WiFi, air conditioning, a fan and courtesy set.
I do not personally offer breakfast also to guarantee the privacy of the guests, but I always leave a welcome basket, with local products, available to be used at any time of the day.

Nice, clean, and welcoming place. Beautiful location by the river, quiet and within walking distance of the center. Beautiful view of the towers of Ascoli. The owner is kind, helpful, and hospitable. Very pleasant stay. Definitely recommended!
