Description

The "Il Mare a Due Passi" bed and breakfast is located by the sea, on the north promenade of Porto Recanati, in a scenic position overlooking the Conero headland, just a few minutes from the center, which can be reached on foot and/or by bike.

Recently renovated, the B&B enjoys a advantageous location for sea lovers and those who come on vacation to the Conero Riviera. It has three double rooms with balconies (one of which is smaller, with a French bed), all equipped with private facilities.

It has an independent entrance with no time restrictions, a panoramic terrace with a splendid sea view where a rich homemade breakfast with local ingredients is served every morning.

Our air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer and television.

Up to 6 guests can stay with us.

Actually, on the reviews there was mention of excellent breakfasts, but due to the low season, it was not provided for us. Cozy room, the bathroom a bit small but equipped with everything, with hairdryer and toiletry set. The very nice owner gave us information on places where we could have dinner. Definitely worth coming back!

Beautiful experience. Great location, right in front of the sea with various bathing establishments. Small but fully equipped room furnished with new modern style furniture. Modern and functional bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. Breakfast on the little terrace with homemade pies by Mrs. Tina, biscuits, yogurt, juices, and fresh fruit, cappuccino like at the bar. Mrs. Tina very kind and very nice. Great location, on the promenade with many bars and restaurants. The only downside is the parking, a bit difficult to find, but it is also true that it was the week of Ferragosto, maybe at another time this problem might not exist as there are available parking spaces along both sides of the B&B street parallel to the promenade. Highly recommended.

Excellent structure just a stone's throw from the sea full of bathing establishments but also free beach. The room, although a bit small, is beautiful and above all very clean. Mrs. Tina is as welcoming as a true hostess and always available. Breakfast is always a surprise for her cakes.

We stayed at this bed and breakfast out of work necessity and found a newly renovated, modern, and clean structure right by the sea with the possibility of easily finding free parking in the area. Located in a very quiet spot in Porto Recanati with the possibility of direct access to the equipped or free beach (always well-kept and with splendid sea). The double room is small but perfect for us, being a short stay. The bathroom in the room is new and perfectly equipped. Breakfast is very well taken care of with homemade cakes and the landlady was super helpful for a late check-in and early check-out, preparing breakfast according to our needs... I would say more than recommended, we will definitely return!

Cozy and well-furnished structure, our room was very small but being there for 2 nights did not cause us any inconvenience. Close to the sea in a quiet area with restaurants, bars, and beach resorts located along the promenade. The owner is kind and helpful.

We stayed for three nights, strategic location, clean, comfortable room. Abundant breakfast, really good homemade cake, compliments to Mrs. Tina, dynamic, attentive, precise owner. Definitely recommendable. The Sea Just a Stone's Throw Away.

The name really gives the precise description of the property, Il Mare a Due Passi, the sea is truly a stone's throw away, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, abundant and fresh breakfast every day, kindness and friendliness from the management, always available and excellent company! Weekend with friends. We were two in the smallest room. Despite it being small, we had a great time. Furnishings and cleanliness are impeccable. Optimal position of the structure, beachfront. Tina is super fantastic, helpful, and friendly. I recommend it and would come back for a weekend. It is advisable to book sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as restaurants, especially in the summer months.

Completely renovated structure, with all the comforts and just cross the street to be on the beach. Breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the sea, impeccable cleanliness, highly recommended.

We stayed at 'Il Mare a Due Passi' for a week and we really enjoyed it, Tina the owner is a treasure always ready to give advice, information on where to eat or where to go on a day trip, her breakfast cakes exquisite and the cleanliness truly meticulous. I hope to be able to come back again and I highly recommend it.

Great location. Welcoming, family B&B. Delicious breakfast with Tina's delightful cakes, the owner, a kind, skilled person who makes you feel at home. Modern style rooms, well-kept, not very large but essential. Beautiful little sea-view garden with a terrace where breakfast is served, always accompanied by a word and a smile. Pleasant and quiet stay. Both check-in and check-out were excellent. The room was small but well furnished, with a great mattress and air conditioning. Good cleanliness. The shared refrigerator with other guests was very appreciated. Breakfast was not served at the B&B, but with a voucher at a bar on the seafront two minutes from the room. The procedures and what we could order were not indicated, so we limited ourselves to the classic cappuccino and croissant. As already suggested to the host, we recommend adding a shelf at mirror height, a bedside reading light, and a couple of wall hooks in the bathroom. Quality/price ratio in line with the area's prices. Free parking in front of the property. Sea just a stone's throw away!

The owner is hospitable and very kind. We happened to be there on my birthday and without me saying anything, she made me find a delicious cake for breakfast. The structure is new and tastefully furnished. The location is excellent, really just a stone's throw from the sea.

We stayed for only one night, but we had a great time. Brand new rooms with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, towels, and everything you need. Excellent and abundant breakfast served in the garden in total relaxation. Great location on the seafront that allowed us to park and take a nice walk with aperitif and dinner in some of the many seaside restaurants there are. Highly recommended, to be repeated!

Salve, a tutti questo messaggio è rivolto alle persone che soggiorneranno in futuro: la struttura di cui vi sto parlando è praticamente lo specchio di casa vostra se siete precisi, ordinati e puliti. È quello che uno vorrebbe trovare. La signora Tina, la proprietaria, è una persona che tutti vorremmo trovare quando si va in vacanza. La colazione ricca, abbondante e di qualità (torte di prestigio scrupolosamente fatte in casa senza parlare della pulizia e ordine, insomma consiglio vivamente di provare per credere, complimenti. Molto carino, la mia stanza un po' piccola ma ne ero al corrente. Pulito. Mare vicinissimo panorama carino. Colazione giusta. Mi aspettavo un cambio in più di asciugamani nei 4 giorni. Comunque lo consiglio.

"Il Mare a Due Passi" di nome e di fatto. Pulitissimo e curato B&B situato in una zona tranquilla di fronte al mare comodo se si vuole usufruire delle spiaggette e godere del relax senza più toccare la macchina, tattico perché in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva in centro di Porto Recanati dove si può mangiare nei numerosi ristorantini lungomare, e strategico per visitare nell'arco di pochi km gran parte delle meraviglie della Riviera del Conero. Qui ci lasciamo un pezzettino del nostro cuore e sicuramente parte del nostro entusiasmo per questa vacanza l'ha fatta la gentilezza, l'ospitalità e la solarità che ci mette la signora Tina nel suo lavoro..grazie veramente di cuore per averci "coccolate" ogni mattina a colazione con i tuoi fantastici dolci, per le piacevoli chiacchierate e tutte le dritte che ci hai dato. Anche se la struttura non si trova al centro di Porto Recanati si trova comunque vicino alla spiaggia e al mare. L'ambiente è pulito ed accogliente e la signora Tina è simpatica e disponibile, la colazione abbondante è servita su un terrazzino all'aperto. Lo consigliamo.

La struttura é nuovissima, praticamente sul mare, in zona residenziale, dove si trova sempre il posto per l'auto gratuitamente. Il B&B ha tutti servizi utili e moderni, nonché la tranquillità ed il silenzio per riposare bene. La signora Tina é gentilissima, disponibile e fa una crostata strepitosa. Nel B&B é presente un frigorifero dove si trova sempre acqua fresca, un terrazzino dove stendere e un giardinetto dove rilassarsi e consumare la colazione.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana. La struttura é nuova, pulita e con tutti i confort necessari. La proprietaria é stata gentilissima e disponibile a darci delle indicazioni per visitare dei posti molto belli che dalla struttura non distano troppi chilometri (parco del Conero - Numana - Sirolo). Consiglieremo ai nostri amici di andarci.

Ho soggiornato due notti con la mia famiglia in questo splendido B&B. L'appartamento, situato fronte-mare e con vista spettacolare del Monte Conero, è molto accogliente. Con "Il mare a due passi", si raggiunge invece il centro di Porto Recanati in qualche minuto a piedi. Grande cortesia della titolare che si è resa disponibile ad ogni nostra necessita. Infinitamente grazie alla signora Tina..che dire ancora? È vivamente consigliabile, speciale per famiglie. Noi ci ritorneremo!

Ho soggiornato per una notte nel B&B "Il mare a 2 passi" con mio marito e le nostre 3 bambine piccole: abbiamo fatto una tappa di riposo, scendendo al Sud per le vacanze estive. La location è nuova e molto accogliente: si trova di fronte al mare. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, anche nel concordare l'orario di arrivo adatto a noi. La colazione è stata servita all'aperto: le bambine hanno pertanto potuto muoversi senza disturbare gli altri ospiti e noi ci siamo rilassati prima di ripartire. Complimenti!
