Description
Our bed and breakfast is located a few kilometers from the sea, in a panoramic and peaceful position just outside Civitanova Alta.

For any work needs, for your children or your four-legged friends, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to make ourselves available to meet your requests.

Private bathrooms are available to our guests in every room, as well as free wifi, heated and air-conditioned environment, use of the refrigerator and microwave, coffee machine, freedom to return at any time during the night, private parking, a beautiful garden, terrace with table and chairs.

The rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries, linens, extra blankets and pillows, a baby cot (if requested), TV and private bathroom.

We can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 8 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 7 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Breakfast can be enjoyed at the Infinite Dolcezze pastry shop, not far from the property, in the village of Civitanova Alta. They offer a wide selection of sweet and savory items made in-house, which can be accompanied by juices, coffee, cappuccino, sparkling beverages, or whatever else you desire. Additionally, you can find snacks, cookies, water, herbal teas, and coffee available daily to be consumed directly at the property.

Excellent B&B in Civitanova Alta, very beautiful, clean location with very kind, helpful, and discreet hosts. Perfect to cool off after a day of sun at the beach. Highly recommended.

Salve. Siamo appena tornati a casa dalle ferie e abbiamo fatto tappa a Civitanova Alta in questo bellissimo bed and breakfast. Non possiamo fare altro che ringraziare tutta la famiglia che ci ha aiutato in un momento di difficoltà. Ringrazio per la disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto a nostro agio in questo bed and breakfast. La signora che ci ha accolto ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, la intera struttura è molto pulita e curata. Consigliatissima.
