Description
Our bed and breakfast is located a few kilometers from the sea, in a panoramic and peaceful position just outside Civitanova Alta.

For any work needs, for your children or your four-legged friends, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to make ourselves available to meet your requests.

Private bathrooms are available to our guests in every room, as well as free wifi, heated and air-conditioned environment, use of the refrigerator and microwave, coffee machine, freedom to return at any time during the night, private parking, a beautiful garden, terrace with table and chairs.

The rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries, linens, extra blankets and pillows, a baby cot (if requested), TV and private bathroom.

We can accommodate up to 6 guests.

It offers a green and peaceful atmosphere, but at the same time, it is possible to reach the center of Civitanova Marche with its bars, shops, and beaches in just 5 minutes. Furthermore, it has an ideal location for those who want to visit the many characteristic villages nearby, such as Montecosaro, Torre di Palme, or Macerata, the mountains with their natural parks in just 30-60 minutes, the best leather outlets directly in the city's industrial area and surroundings, the main seaside tourist destinations such as Sirolo, Numana, or San Benedetto del Tronto, and religious sites such as the sanctuary of Loreto in 20 minutes or the cathedral of Fermo.

"I was a guest at this B&B and I can say that it was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
