It's a B&B in a beautiful and calm land, far 5 minutes of car from the center of Porto Sant'Elpidio and from the beach.

The structure is situated in a calm and silent countryside.

I stayed from June 13 to 15 with my sister and my little dog. The B&B consists of three rooms with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen, as well as having a nice porch overlooking the garden and a gazebo with tables for breakfast. Mrs. Assuntina was very kind and met all our needs. She allowed us to take the room even before the established hour because we arrived early. In the morning, breakfast was served from 8 to 11, but since we got up early, in the evening she would leave us in the little kitchen we had available a tray with different slices of cake and tart, so we could have breakfast at the time we preferred. Guests have access to a coffee machine with pods, yogurt, fruit juices and water bottles, jams and toast. The parking is in the square in front of the structure. In five minutes by car you reach the seafront of Porto Sant'Elpidio. It is surrounded by greenery, you sleep very well at night and in the cool, despite having stayed on a weekend with scorching temperatures. I will definitely return.

A beautiful place, quiet, close to the sea and with the possibility of seeing many beautiful things. The room had everything we needed for the two of us, the bathroom was always very clean. The breakfasts were delicious with the cakes and cookies always very good from Assuntina. Alberto, the husband, is a friendly and helpful gentleman for anything. Furthermore, the possibility of using the premises for lunch is an excellent thing when, like us, you do not want to go to the restaurant or eat out all the time. We managed to "unplug" from the daily routine and we were very well and happy with everything. Thank you.

We stayed for 15 days in this small bed and breakfast, where we felt very good. The owners are very friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. The room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom and located in a airy and cool place. The location is excellent as it only takes a few minutes to reach the sea. Breakfast always includes excellent cakes made by Mrs. Assuntina. I recommend a short or long stay.

Quiet place surrounded by greenery, clean rooms and what about breakfast? Assunta every morning made us find cakes made by her, delicious, but above all for the hospitality of the managers, two splendid people.

The place is very well-kept, located on a hill just 7 minutes from the sea. The breakfast is excellent, with Assuntina's cakes. Alberto is a great person, very down to earth. We had a fantastic time! We also found the guests very sociable and friendly. The B&B is highly recommended.

Quiet place, in the countryside, splendid people, always available even for a chat. Feels like home, truly relaxing, a stone's throw from the sea but away from the hustle and bustle of seaside resorts. Very happy, will definitely come back.

Located in the industrial area of S. Elpidio, in a convenient position for those going to the sea by car, just over 10 minutes to porto S. Elpidio and 20 minutes to S. Giorgio. Charming, small, and well-kept structure. Friendly and cordial staff. The room was a bit too small for four people and the beds a bit wobbly.

Kindness and cleanliness are excellent. It is the second time I stay at Il Giardino delle Noci and I have always had a great time. Not very close to the sea but very peaceful. I highly recommend it.

We were only 3 days but the sympathy and kindness of the owners made us feel like friends who had known each other for years. B&B in a quiet and peaceful area, a nice surprise were the peacocks in the garden and other animals. The bedroom as well as the bathroom were very clean. The breakfast, with delicious homemade cakes, was served outside under the gazebo. The hosts, husband and wife, were both very kind. My experience was therefore very positive.
