We spent two days of total relaxation in this beautiful renovated country house, with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the hills of Ancona. Although the road to reach it is not paved, there are no particular difficulties in reaching the B&B. The kitchen is equipped and always available, the room and the bathroom are spacious and well cared for, special mention to Giuseppe: very kind host and very attentive to the needs of the guests. Very good breakfast with fresh croissants. Really exceptional value for money. Highly recommended!

I spent 4 days with my family at the Il Duca property. The owner is very helpful and attentive to needs, the rooms and services are clean, the kitchen is well equipped, breakfast is abundant, there is a pool available, the area is quiet, the house is immersed in nature. Thank you!

We had a great time for a weekend at this property. Breakfast and service of excellent quality. Having kids, they had fun with the pool while we relaxed as the house is located in a village among the hills. It would be worth returning.

New and clean place, very well-kept, breakfast with 3 brioches for two people + toast with jam/nutella + coffee. Really modest price. Location with beautiful view, a slightly steep and gravelly road to reach it.

The structure is located a few kilometers from the sea and the highway exit. It is a completely independent house, surrounded by greenery and beautiful hills. It has just been renovated and has 3 rooms and a shared equipped kitchen.\n\nThe room with the bathroom (where we stayed) is spacious, clean, and welcoming.\n\nThe breakfast is abundant and offers fresh and genuine products.\n\nThe highlight is definitely the kindness and availability of the owner.\n\nIt was a last-minute choice, but we had a great time and highly recommend it!
