The vaste park surrounding the pool, the unique of the landscapes, the cozy apartments carefully designed, the different available Formulas, will make your holiday unforgettable.

Two different apartments completely renewed and indipendent, Apt 1 on Ground floor (2+1) and Apt 2 on First Floor (2+2)
All the furnitures are so that to guarantee your comfort.
The weekly change of linen and towels and pool towels is included in the basic fare.
Additional fares available on request and payable on site only:
RELAX FORMULA, if you want to be pampered you can choose this option that includes the cleaning of the apartment and the change of linen and towels. This service is available as many times as you want during your staying and costs 30 euro per time. It can be requested during the booking or you can ask for it during your vacation with 1 day notice period.
Both formulas can be requested in addition to the basic fare.
During your check in you will receive the apartment keys and the remote controller of the main gate with all the required information to make your vacation enjoyable.
The park and the swimming pool (no life guard service) are available anytime.
For your relax, in the swimming pool (12 x 6 mts, maximum height 150 cms) there are sunbeds, umbrellas and chairs.
In your apartment you will find the pool towels.
Free use of washing machine and ironing kit.

Il Colle delle Terrazze embodies very well the concept of the ideal place for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. Beautiful farmhouse, spectacular 180-degree sea view, brand new and tastefully renovated apartments and rooms, surrounded by lush greenery and, to top it all off, a beautiful swimming pool. As if all of this were not enough, the 4-legged friends, Merlino, Ginevra, and Baloo are always ready to join in, adding the right amount of cheer. To top it all off, and this is a very important aspect for any accommodation facility, Chiara, a wonderful hostess! A place to rediscover, in more than one season.

Lovely place immersed in nature, convenient to reach the sea in a few minutes by car. Well-equipped and comfortable apartment. The pool was greatly appreciated. The owner was helpful and welcoming, we lacked nothing. We were almost ready to book for next year!
