The vaste park surrounding the pool, the unique of the landscapes, the cozy apartments carefully designed, the different available Formulas, will make your holiday unforgettable.
Two different apartments completely renewed and indipendent, Apt 1 on Ground floor (2+1) and Apt 2 on First Floor (2+2)
All the furnitures are so that to guarantee your comfort.
The weekly change of linen and towels and pool towels is included in the basic fare.
Additional fares available on request and payable on site only:
RELAX FORMULA, if you want to be pampered you can choose this option that includes the cleaning of the apartment and the change of linen and towels. This service is available as many times as you want during your staying and costs 30 euro per time. It can be requested during the booking or you can ask for it during your vacation with 1 day notice period.
Both formulas can be requested in addition to the basic fare.
During your check in you will receive the apartment keys and the remote controller of the main gate with all the required information to make your vacation enjoyable.
The park and the swimming pool (no life guard service) are available anytime.
For your relax, in the swimming pool (12 x 6 mts, maximum height 150 cms) there are sunbeds, umbrellas and chairs.
In your apartment you will find the pool towels.
Free use of washing machine and ironing kit.
Dry cleaning service is available on request.
Free use of our bicycles previous booking.
A basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of our wine will welcome you at the apartment on your arrival.

Chiara ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sie hilft in allen Belangen. Das Anwesen ist ein kleines Paradies und man fühlt sich herzlich Willkommen. Das Appartement ist mit allem Ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, bis hin zum Bademantel. Zudem ist es geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Einfach alles da, um sich super zu erholen. Vielen Dank Chiara

Il Colle delle Terrazze incarna molto bene il concetto del posto ideale per una vacanza rilassante e indimenticabile. Casale bellissimo, vista mare spettacolare a 180 gradi, appartamenti e camere nuovissimi e ristrutturati con gusto e attenzione, circondati da un verde lussureggiante e, ciliegina sulla torta, una bella piscina. Non bastasse tutto ciò, gli amici a 4 zampe, Merlino, Ginevra e Baloo sono sempre pronti a intervenire, aggiungendo la giusta dose di allegria. Per chiudere in bellezza, e si tratta di un aspetto molto importante per ogni struttura ricettiva, Chiara, una meravigliosa padrona di casa! Un posto da ritrovare, in più d’una stagione.

Posto incantevole immerso nella natura, comodo per raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti di macchina. Appartamento attrezzato e confortevole. Molto apprezzata la piscina. Proprietaria disponibile ed accogliente, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Eravamo quasi sul punto di prenotare già per l'anno prossimo!

Potremmo perderci in descrizioni poetiche, perché questo posto ci ha rubato il cuore, un vero innamoramento, un raro colpo di fulmine. Sarebbe quindi troppo facile parlarne bene, per questo metteremo un momento da parte le emozioni per raccontarvi i motivi per cui scegliere Il Colle delle Terrazze per un soggiorno rigenerante.
Appena entrati in questo pezzo di paradiso sarete avvolti da una serenità rara. Un posto dove apprezzerete il lavoro di Chiara, la proprietaria, che con la sua passione ha creato centimetro per centimetro un luogo incantato, pieno di dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza.
Al Colle delle Terrazze regnano pulizia, cura dei particolari, positività, design, camere ampie e luminose, bagni impeccabili e letti king size con materassi per notti da sogno. Potrete godervi un'alba mozzafiato tra le vigne, una cena con vista su campagna e mare, una piscina incantevole con comodi lettini e fantastici cuscini galleggianti. Tutto questo a soli 5 minuti dal mare.
Se amate gli animali, potrete godere anche della discreta compagnia di Ginevra, dolce e delicata; Merlino, tenerone dal fiuto impeccabile e Balù, simpaticone amante delle farfalle.
Sarebbe da pazzi non andare a scoprire un posto del genere. Credeteci sulla parola.

Chiara is a wonderful host. The property is in perfect condition and the position on top of a hill, along with the large lush garden and beautiful pool makes it truly exceptional.

Location and apartments above the expectations.
All the details are perfect and facilities in the kitchen and bathrooms are more than average.
This is the only place in Italy we found with such high standards in everything.
