Our bed and breakfast is located in an enviable position just a few minutes from the city center and very close to the beautiful sandy beach of San Benedetto del Tronto. It is ideal for both a pleasant vacation and for business purposes. The B&B is situated on the ground floor of an independent building and offers 3 newly renovated cozy rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities.
If the hustle and bustle of the city doesn't provide any respite, here you can spend some time immersed in peace and quiet: relax on the beach, take a stroll along the wonderful promenade or enjoy excursions in the green hills of Ascoli.
Comfortable surroundings and kindness are the main features of our B&B, not to mention the complete freedom and privacy of our guests, who can forget the rigid schedules they usually have to follow.
Additionally, depending on availability, we offer free bikes and air conditioning upon request.

Small room without a TV but clean and tidy. Varied and abundant breakfast. No internal parking for motorcycles.

Excellent location. This does not justify the rest. An old apartment used as a B&B. Very old fixtures, rooms that should be renovated at least a little. It offers air conditioning but at an additional cost. Average breakfast, not a great choice. Cleaning definitely needs improvement (upon our arrival the trash can in the bathroom was not empty). There is no hairdryer available, we asked the owner who disappeared (seemingly annoyed) and reappeared shortly after with the hairdryer in hand (taken from home?). I repeat: excellent location but there is a lot to improve.

Struttura in posizione vicina al mare (pochi minuti a piedi) in zona abbastanza tranquilla e poco trafficata; in zona sono presenti negozi e sevizi vari. Camera e bagno abbastanza grandi, colazione abbondante servita in sala da pranzo dedicata agli ospiti. Gestori molto cortesi, hanno messo a disposizione bicicletta.
Non presente Wi-fi nella struttura, ma presente quello pubblico usufruibile in spiaggia e sul lungomare.

La struttura gode di una buona posizione ben servita da locali ristoranti fast food pizzerie gelaterie inoltre dista pochi passi dal mare. Ottima l'accoglienza e il servizio. Peccato per la mancanza della possibilità di usufruire della cucina a parte un microonde che non sempre risolve i problemi. Pessime le condizioni dei letti e peggio ancora lo stato dellla toilette. Peccato perché il posto merita di più.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni assieme al nostro cagnolino e ci siamo trovati benissimo! I 2 proprietari Pasquale e Cristina sono gentilissimi e sempre pronti, la posizione a 100 metri dal mare è ottima, la camera con balcone su giardino ci ha soddisfatto. Lo consigliamo a tutti.
