The Bed and Breakfast is located in a completely independent 18th-century house that has been fully renovated. In the heart of the historic center, just a few steps from the Basilica, it is perfectly serviced and equipped with all the comforts to make you feel truly at home.

In addition to the extreme kindness, warmth, and friendliness, exclusive services are offered to make your stay truly unique! You will have spacious rooms with up to three comfortable beds, an armchair, a radio in the room, a ceiling fan, and a Samsung LED 23" Full-HD television.

Last but not least, for longer stays or business reasons, the B&B offers a selection of books in every room to make your stay even more enjoyable.

"I tre bassotti" has a private bathroom for each room and a large shared shower with a box for your moments of relaxation. Finally, the possibility of bringing your "four-legged friends" and travel companions with you, we hope will add both to your and their pleasure and serenity. Therefore, I can only wish you in advance a pleasant stay!

A welcoming accommodation in the center of Loreto. The sanctuary is close and reaching the b&b is also easy. Edmondo, the manager, is a lovely and very helpful person.

Great welcome from the manager, extremely kind and helpful. The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment for breakfast (moka + coffee machine), yogurt and milk, including soy, brioches and rusks. Good-sized and very nice room.

The B&B I Tre Bassotti is a lovely apartment located in a perfect area to visit Loreto. In a few minutes on foot, you can reach the main street, the beautiful Basilica of the Holy House, and several restaurants. The room is comfortable, very clean, well taken care of in details, and equipped with a good ventilation system. The kitchen area and shared spaces are very practical, clean, and tidy, as well as provided with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Wide choice for breakfast. Edmondo was very kind, extremely helpful with advice and directions, and impeccable in welcoming. I recommend this solution to anyone interested in visiting Loreto and its surroundings.

The manager is a very helpful person and gave us a lot of useful information to enjoy a perhaps little-known town like Loreto. We had a great time, the rooms are unique, the result of a renovation in an old building. The shower and breakfast area are shared with the other guests of the property, but with only 2 rooms it is always very clean. There is a refrigerator in the shared breakfast area, much appreciated the fact of having various things to "snack on" even during the day (yogurt, fruit juices, pastries, coffee, jam, etc...). If you really want to find a small flaw, there is no air conditioning, probably due to the difficulty of installation in a special structure like this. I would recommend it.

There is no air conditioning in this room, equipped only with a fan, which is very hot and noisy because the windows must be kept open. Breakfast is practically non-existent; only some long-life products are available and the possibility to make coffee and milk on your own.

We spent a night in this very cozy room equipped with everything we needed. The building has been renovated, the room and kitchen are clean and tidy. The property is easy to reach from the highway and very close to the Basilica of Loreto. The owner was very kind, very helpful, and also recommended two places for dinner. I recommend the bed and breakfast and a visit in the surroundings because it's very quiet and nice.

We stayed on July 18, 2020. Excellent Bed & Breakfast, enviable location in downtown Loreto, clean and welcoming, maximum availability of Edmondo very attentive to details. We followed his advice for dinner, a little place where you can eat local foods. Thanks for the next visit.

Io e mia madre abbiamo pernottato una sola notte presso questo B&B e abbiamo trovato i proprietari molto carini, gentili e disponibili. Consiglio questo alloggio soprattutto per chi desidera visitare Loreto per qualche giorno. Il B&B è stato ricavato in una struttura di circa 300 anni, se non ricordo male, completamente ristrutturata e sistemata. Essendo così antica possiede solo due camere da letto (6 posti letto) con bagni privati ma doccia (molto spaziosa) in comune con gli ospiti dell'altra camera, (situata in una stanza separata). Per accedere alle camere vi è una scala un po' ripida e stretta, dovuta ovviamente alla struttura antica della casa, per questo consiglio questo B&B a persone giovani o comunque che non hanno problemi a fare le scale. Colazione ricca, accompagnata dalle piacevoli chiacchiere che si possono scambiare con i proprietari e con gli altri ospiti. I proprietari sono molto informati sulla storia del posto e danno ottimi consigli per muoversi e uscire a mangiare.

Bellissima struttura in posizione centrale nella cittadina di Loreto, molto vicina al Santuario. Gestori gentilissimi che hanno allietato la colazione con qualche piacevole chiacchiera che ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio e ben accolti. Ho dato 8 alla colazione perché, pur essendo ottima, era meno varia rispetto ad altre strutture (io per esempio prediligo marmellate e dolci fatti in casa).

Siamo stati solo una notte, ma abbiamo avuto il tempo di godere della bella struttura. Abbiamo occupato entrambe le stanze che sono arredate in modo delizioso. La struttura è vicina al centro storico. La colazione, abbondante e varia, ha soddisfatto tutta la famiglia. Un ringraziamento ai simpatici gestori.

Posizione centrale a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro storico; stanze nuovissime arredate e accessoriate con cura meticolosa; accoglienza familiare e dolci fatti in casa per la colazione. Unico punto dolente: l'ambiente non è climatizzato e noi abbiamo soggiornato in un weekend di caldo eccezionale.

Gestori simpaticissimi, cordiali e disponibili! Location ai vertici per versatilità, completezza e pulizia; ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, soprattutto in relazione al posizionamento centralissimo rispetto alle principali attrazioni del paese. Colazione davvero completa ed abbondante adeguata ad ogni necessità alimentare. Struttura molto accogliente, comoda e completa di molti comfort (bagno in ogni camera, doccia enorme, TV in ogni ambiente) e molto luminoso.

La struttura è nuova, curata nei minimi dettagli e pulitissima. La coppia che lo gestisce è di una gentilezza disarmante, vi faranno sentire come a casa. Colazione ottima, cornetti freschi, biscotti fatti in casa, cereali, marmellate, tutto ciò che si può desiderare servito dalla gentilissima Sara. Assolutamente da consigliare a chiunque. Gli ambienti sono appena stati ristrutturati, la camera, pur nei suoi spazi ristretti, è dotata di ogni confort e optional (tv, dvd e lettore, persino mini lampada con pinza per lettura notturna) ed è silenziosissima. Unico neo: bagno solo con doccetta a telefono. Il gestore è gentilissimo e molto disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza particolare.

I titolari sono 2 ragazzi molto giovani che hanno dimostrato nei nostri confronti molta cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità preparando persino una colazione per un vegano un po' pignolo come il sottoscritto. I titolari ovvero Eddy e Sara hanno fatto il massimo per metterci a nostro agio nel periodo di permanenza nella struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo !

Struttura molto accogliente, camere e bagni pulitissimi, posizione vicinissima al centro ed alla Cattedrale. I ragazzi sono molto carini e di una gentilezza squisita, meritano un dieci e lode.
