The Hotel "La Playa" is a small family run hotel, directed since 1972 by the family Capece. Recently renovated, offers a B&B (bed and breakfast) and housing units with excellent value for money. The hotel is ideal for people who want to be released from the scheduled timetables set by the board, so you can freely manage their vacation. And 'possible to eat in your room or take advantage of the many restaurants of local cuisine, the management offers guests a genuine guide on places to discover in the surroundings: museums, landscapes, wonderful places, Marche and Abruzzo, perhaps not well known.

The hotel is located in the beautiful Riviera, which deserves every year the Blue Flag of Europe, 100 m from the sea and 500 m from the roundabout south of the new promenade, in a tourist area quiet and well served, perfect for a holiday of sun and fun.

La Playa is a hotel that has been run by the Capece family since 1972.

For many years, Gabriele, Ada, and Ginetta Capece managed the hotel.

Since 1998, Rosangela Capece and her sister-in-law Giuseppina Cottini have been managing the family business together, striving to improve the service offered every year.

At the Reception, you will be welcomed by Rosangela, who is married to Fabrizio and has two daughters.

Since she was a child, Rosangela has had the opportunity to live in an environment rich in human connections, allowing her to establish long-lasting friendships with clients from all over the world.

Rosangela is a perfect hostess, kind and helpful. She assigned us a small room with a large terrace for our little dog. The premises are cleaned daily and the location of the hotel is convenient (a few steps from the sea) to reach the Chalet degli Angeli (a beach club equipped with everything, run by wonderful people) and the walk that leads to the center of San Benedetto del Tronto (5 km). Hotel La Playa is also just a few steps from Sentina (a wonder where, among other things, you can take your dog without problems). Available: air conditioning, safe, breakfast (sweet) including excellent homemade cakes from Mrs. Rosangela. From here you can easily reach the center on foot by following the seafront for 5/6 km or drive (there are parking meters). Another strong point is the tranquility; if you do not particularly love the chaos of the center, it is ideal. The area is still rich in restaurants, ice cream shops, bazaars, and everything else, reachable in a few minutes.

Quiet area, but close to all services. Spacious room with a beautiful terrace, TV, phone, fridge, and air conditioning on request. Parking is available, but we didn't need it. Being September, we always found a parking spot in front of the property along the street. Kind and very helpful owner.

We only stayed for one night as we were passing through, but we had a great time. The location is very convenient, close to the free beach. Located in a very quiet street, away from traffic, it is about 200 meters from the beach, both equipped and free, a short distance from the roundabout of Porto d'Ascoli, where the wonderful promenade begins. Cleanliness and courtesy are at home. I thank the owners for their availability. Highly recommended.

Both the welcome and the stay were impeccable, the room is equipped with every accessory and faithfully respects the description, I appreciated the location being close to the nature reserve. I recommend the property and the owner who knows how to make you feel at home and provide correct indications or suggestions according to who is in front of her. The breakfast is good and rich in homemade sweets, all very good. I would return and recommend it, the added value of the property in my case was the provision of bicycles included in the room.

Located 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Porto di Ascoli, large and fine sand, near the Sentina Nature Reserve. Bicycles available for guests. Friendly and polite owners. Excellent room cleaning. Breakfast is decent but definitely improvable.
