The Hotel "La Playa" is a small family run hotel, directed since 1972 by the family Capece. Recently renovated, offers a B&B (bed and breakfast) and housing units with excellent value for money. The hotel is ideal for people who want to be released from the scheduled timetables set by the board, so you can freely manage their vacation. And 'possible to eat in your room or take advantage of the many restaurants of local cuisine, the management offers guests a genuine guide on places to discover in the surroundings: museums, landscapes, wonderful places, Marche and Abruzzo, perhaps not well known.

The hotel is located in the beautiful Riviera, which deserves every year the Blue Flag of Europe, 100 m from the sea and 500 m from the roundabout south of the new promenade, in a tourist area quiet and well served, perfect for a holiday of sun and fun.

La Playa is a hotel that has been run by the Capece family since 1972.

For many years, Gabriele, Ada, and Ginetta Capece managed the hotel.

Since 1998, Rosangela Capece and her sister-in-law Giuseppina Cottini have been managing the family business together, striving to improve the service offered every year.

At the Reception, you will be welcomed by Rosangela, who is married to Fabrizio and has two daughters aged 8 and 14.

Since she was a child, Rosangela has had the opportunity to live in an environment rich in human connections, allowing her to establish long-lasting friendships with clients from all over the world.

Very close to the free beach and the chalets at the end of the promenade, nice structure, well-maintained, very clean. The lady is very kind, helpful and friendly.

Quiet area, but close to all services. Spacious room with a beautiful terrace, TV, phone, fridge, and air conditioning on request. Parking is available, but we didn't need it. Being September, we always found a parking spot in front of the property along the street. Kind and very helpful owner.

We only stayed for one night as we were passing through, but we had a great time. The location is very convenient, close to the free beach. The structure is very clean, simple, with an excellent value for money. We were then very impressed by the kindness, courtesy, and availability of the lady. We absolutely recommend it.

Posizionato in una via molto tranquilla lontano dal traffico, dista circa 200 metri dalla spiaggia sia attrezzata che libera, a poca distanza dalla rotonda di Porto d'Ascoli dove inizia il meraviglioso lungomare. Pulizia e cortesia sono di casa. Ringrazio i proprietari per la loro disponibilità. Consigliatissimo.

Sia l'accoglienza che il soggiorno sono stati impeccabili, la stanza è dotata di ogni accessorio e rispetta fedelmente la descrizione, ho apprezzato la posizione in quanto vicina alla riserva naturale. Consiglio la struttura e la proprietaria che sa far sentire a casa e sa dare corrette indicazioni o suggerimenti a seconda di chi ha davanti. La colazione è buona e ricca di dolci fatti in casa, tutti molto buoni. Ci ritornerei e lo consiglierei, il valore aggiunto della struttura nel mio caso è stata la dotazione di biciclette incluse nella stanza.

Ho soggiornato con la famiglia per una sola notte in quanto ero di passaggio, ma è bastato per assaporare la cordialità e la gentilezza della signora Rosangela. Pulizia ottima e posizione comoda. Ne terrò sicuramente conto per ritornarci in futuro.

Situato a 100 metri dalla spiaggia di porto di Ascoli bellissima, grande, sabbia fine, vicino riserva naturale sentina, bici a disposizione dei clienti, proprietari cordiali ed educati, pulizia camera ottima, colazione discreta ma sicuramente migliorabile.
