Gli Ulivi del Conero is situated in the lush greenery of the Conero Park, conveniently located just 5 minutes from the historic center of Ancona and only 4 km from the stunning beaches of Portonovo and Mezzavalle.
The towns and beaches of Sirolo and Numana are approximately 15 minutes away. Close by, you will find the airport, train station, cruise terminal, and the faculties of Engineering, Agriculture, and Biology at UnivPM. Nearby attractions also include Loreto, Recanati, and the Frasassi Caves.
The house features a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, and iron.
In the living area, there is also a double sofa bed.
The house offers private parking and there is a dedicated space for storing bicycles. Guests can also enjoy a large garden at the edge of the olive grove, which includes tables with chairs, loungers, hammocks, and a barbecue area where they can relax in the shade of two ancient mulberry trees.

Accommodation provided with everything necessary, great location to visit Conero Park, beautiful garden, but above all, hospitality of rare courtesy and welcome. Surely if I return to the area, I come back here.
