The Stella Maris, Villa Anna, and Madonna del Soccorso hospitals are about 600 meters away. The pedestrian island, the heart of San Benedetto del Tronto, is two minutes away.
Free and paid parking nearby. Possibility of bike rental near the facility. Ideal for vacation/work stays, in short, COME AND VISIT US!

The rooms are very cozy and clean and have everything you might need. I would recommend this B&B to young people who want to stay near the beach and enjoy the city. The only possible inconvenience (especially for elderly people) could be the lack of an elevator.

Small but welcoming room, very clean and well-equipped. Excellent location in the center and just outside the pedestrian zone, a very busy and lively area. Excellent communication and availability of the host. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast, but there is a coffee machine in the room, and nearby there are numerous bars.
