The location is excellent, right in the center! Close to services, shopping streets, typical bars and restaurants, near the pier and lighthouse, 150 meters from the train station, 400 meters from the free and equipped beaches of the "Lungomare delle Palme".
The Stella Maris, Villa Anna, and Madonna del Soccorso hospitals are about 600 meters away. The pedestrian island, the heart of San Benedetto del Tronto, is two minutes away.
Free and paid parking nearby. Possibility of bike rental near the facility. Ideal for vacation/work stays, in short, COME AND VISIT US!

Very central location. The apartment was very clean but unfortunately located on the ground floor with its only window facing the street, so it was necessary to keep the windows and shutters closed. As a result, there was little natural light and it was necessary to keep the artificial lights on all day.

The location is super central. Perfect if you arrive by train. Room 4 is in the attic, but thanks to the air conditioning that was okay. I had to get used to the sloping ceiling a bit; you shouldn't be too tall. Stairs also shouldn't be a problem. I was very well looked after via WhatsApp. Thank you very much.

The rooms are very cozy and clean and have everything you might need. I would recommend this B&B to young people who want to stay near the beach and enjoy the city. The only possible inconvenience (especially for elderly people) could be the lack of an elevator.

Small but welcoming room, very clean and well-equipped. Excellent location in the center and just outside the pedestrian zone, a very busy and lively area. Excellent communication and availability of the host. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast, but there is a coffee machine in the room, and nearby there are numerous bars.
