The place overall is nice, breakfast leaves something to be desired, there was neither savory nor fruit. The kitchen space tables very restricted. The kitchen was not used fairly with the other guests, so poorly managed. The rooms were fine and tidy.

I stayed two nights with two other people in this establishment and I was fully satisfied. The rooms I found them very clean and equipped with every comfort, as well as furnished with excellent taste. Furthermore, Mrs. Loredana who manages the b&b was truly exquisite, kind, and very helpful. Ready to satisfy our every request. The breakfast was excellent and very rich: Loredana prepares excellent cakes. The structure is an excellent starting point to visit the beautiful province of Ascoli Piceno. I highly recommend it. I would definitely come back. Excellent value for money.

One-week stay in August. Excellent structure, well-kept in every aspect. Located a bit far from the sea of Grottammare but allows for absolute relaxation. Fabulous owners, with fantastic friendliness. Room always very clean and breakfast more than abundant with fresh cakes every day. We will definitely return.

Structure a few kilometers from the sea, in an isolated but very quiet position. The exterior is deceiving because the interiors are very well-kept. The judgment is penalized by having occupied the only room without air conditioning in an extremely hot week. Quality/price ratio is still excellent.

We have just returned from a week's holiday in Grottammare where we stayed at Geco. The distance from the house to the sea is not excessive (requires a car but in a few minutes you are on the promenade where parking is free) and getting there is very easy. The managers were very kind and caring, attentive to our every need. Special praise for Loredana's cakes that gave us a great boost every morning! Alessia and Riccardo.
