The B&B Gardenia is located in a quiet area with plenty of greenery; it is a standalone house with an independent entrance.
It consists of a kitchenette, a spacious and bright living room, and 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and the possibility of an additional third bed.
We are less than 100 meters from the bus stop, from which you can reach the city center, the sea, or inland towns.
We are 5 minutes away from the outlets of the most prestigious shoe brands and more.
Civitanova Marche is not only about the sea and relaxation but also an ideal base for day trips to the major archaeological, cultural, and religious centers in the region, including: Urbs Salvia, Helvia Recina, Falerio Picenus, Abbadia di Fiastra, Macerata, Tolentino, Fermo, Loreto, Recanati, and many other towns rich in events, historical reenactments, and festivals, where you can taste traditional Marche dishes in typical restaurants and trattorias.
Furthermore, the Sibillini Mountains National Park (known as a magical and enchanted place) is easily accessible, which legends say is frequented by wizards and sorceresses and home to the mythical Sibyl.
Not to mention the promontory of Mount Conero, whose territory constitutes the Conero Regional Park.
It is the only stretch of calcareous rocky coastline from Trieste to Gargano, of high natural value for its flora and especially for the fauna during the migration period of birds of prey (March-May and August-September). According to LIPU, one of the top 10 birdwatching locations in Italy.
Excellent as a resting point for travelers passing through from north to south Italy.

Comfortable, clean, and close to the center. The owner is very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and functional. I would improve the breakfast with homemade products.

Old structure managed somewhat haphazardly. We found the bathroom dirty and I personally went in search (unsuccessfully) of something to clean. It cannot be considered a bed and breakfast.

Welcoming and helpful owner. Located in a quiet area, it is easily reachable from both the highway and the city center. Large and bright rooms with private bathroom, spacious living room with equipped kitchenette for breakfast. We will definitely come back.

Structure used only to break a long journey. Convenient because it's a few minutes from the highway exit. Arrived in the evening at 9:30 p.m. and left the next morning at 8:00 a.m. The evaluation is for good hospitality, good cleanliness, and a sufficient breakfast but we were only looking for a bed.

B&B without frills. Kind, non-intrusive lady. You will have an apartment on the first floor with some rooms available, a bathroom in every room, and a common kitchen with all the guests. The rooms are tidy, clean, and with a fan (no air conditioning). The entrance is separate from the main residence of the host (Mrs. Giovanna), so there is total independence and self-management for guests regarding both personal spaces (room and bathroom) and common areas (storeroom with cleaning supplies, wardrobe with clean towels and hairdryer to share with other rooms, pantry with coffee capsules and brioches, etc.). This ensures great privacy on one hand with the self-management spirit of a youth hostel. Breakfast is nothing special, there are packaged croissants and single-portion jams in the fridge, some other sweets on offer at a discount (like plumcake) placed on the table as a "buffet breakfast". In the pantry, there are some pasta bags left by other guests (probably), a moka coffee maker that is better not to use, a pack of herbal teas and barley who knows for how long. The coffee in the capsule is good! You load the machine and make yourself an espresso or decaf. The B&B's location is a good compromise between the city and the highway, in a quiet residential area (more than one car was left with the windows down). We had a good time, we spent 1 week exploring all of Marche without needing anything else but a bed and a shower. Do I recommend it?! If you are looking for a simple and no-frills place to sleep, definitely..perhaps a bit pricey for the service. Oh, I forgot, for breakfast there are also packaged rusks and UHT milk.

Comfortable close to the highway towards the sea. Parking outside the house which is where the owners live. Spartan but complete rooms. No air conditioning but pedestal fans. Kitchen and fridge usage with everything you need. Self-service breakfast with coffee machine and packaged snacks, juices and yogurt to choose from. Approved.

Ho soggiornato la sera del 16 settembre in questa struttura insieme ad altri amici, avevo prenotato anche per la sera del 17 e ho preferito pagare in anticipo i due pernottamenti, ho sbrigato prima del previsto le mie cose e cosi la sera del 17 spiegavo alla signora che sarei andato via subito e nulla volevo in cambio anche avendo pernottato per una sola notte e comunque avevo tenuto impegnata la camera fino alla sera del 17, ma la signora gentilissima non ha voluto sentire ragioni mi ha voluto restituire la metà del giorno che non ho pernottato. Molta serietà nel venire incontro ai clienti anche rinunciando al loro guadagno, in quanto alla struttura è tutto adeguato al prezzo pagato, zona tranquilla stanze spaziose, cucina ben fornita per la colazione, ci si rende conto che è come stare a casa propria.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, un piano della casa viene lasciato completamente a disposizione dei visitatori, compreso frigorifero con bevande e cose da mangiare. Abbiamo trovato gli Estathè e la nutella e moltissima acqua che era possibile portare in stanza. Le stanze erano spaziosissime, con matrimoniale e altri due letti singoli. Bagno molto grande con doccia. Tutto molto pulito e curato.

Ho apprezzato il pianterreno pulito ed attrezzato completamente riservati agli ospiti, la camera a 3 posti, essenziale ma grande, il bagno privato il salotto vecchio stile in comune. Palazzina in strada poco rumorosa. Proprietario disponibile e collaborativo. Ci tornerò volentieri!

Sono stata ospite in questo B&B per 4 notti nella seconda settimana di luglio e devo dire di essere rimasta davvero molto contenta. Ho trovato un B&B molto accogliente e molto pulito, i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi anche con mio marito che mi ha accompagnato per ripartire in serata, i prodotti della colazione di qualità. All'inizio, non conoscendo il posto e soprattutto visto il prezzo modico per notte, ero molto diffidente. Invece mi son ricreduta sin da subito, mi è bastato parlare con la signora per capire che avevo scelto più che bene. Se cerchi disponibilità, gentilezza e pulizia questo è il posto giusto.

Pulito, carino comodo spazioso e confortevole. Eravamo solo di passaggio ma siamo stati bene. Le camere sono molto grandi e pulite lo stile è un po' anni 70 ma era in ristrutturazione. Personale carinissimo.
