The B&B Gardenia is located in a quiet area with plenty of greenery; it is a standalone house with an independent entrance.
It consists of a kitchenette, a spacious and bright living room, and 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and the possibility of an additional third bed.
We are less than 100 meters from the bus stop, from which you can reach the city center, the sea, or inland towns.
We are 5 minutes away from the outlets of the most prestigious shoe brands and more.
Civitanova Marche is not only about the sea and relaxation but also an ideal base for day trips to the major archaeological, cultural, and religious centers in the region, including: Urbs Salvia, Helvia Recina, Falerio Picenus, Abbadia di Fiastra, Macerata, Tolentino, Fermo, Loreto, Recanati, and many other towns rich in events, historical reenactments, and festivals, where you can taste traditional Marche dishes in typical restaurants and trattorias.
Furthermore, the Sibillini Mountains National Park (known as a magical and enchanted place) is easily accessible, which legends say is frequented by wizards and sorceresses and home to the mythical Sibyl.
Not to mention the promontory of Mount Conero, whose territory constitutes the Conero Regional Park.

The house is located on a quiet street not far from the center. It consists of 3 rooms, each with its own bathroom, and a large shared kitchen. When we stayed, all the rooms were full but it was absolutely no problem, you can't hear any noise. Clean, comfortable and spacious, breakfast consisted of milk, juices, toast, jam, Nutella and various snacks. The price is really perfect for August, and Mrs. Giovanna was really super nice, highly recommended!

Structure used only to break a long journey. Convenient because it's a few minutes from the highway exit. Arrived in the evening at 9:30 p.m. and left the next morning at 8:00 a.m. The evaluation is for good hospitality, good cleanliness, and a sufficient breakfast but we were only looking for a bed.

B&B without frills. Kind, non-intrusive lady. You will have an apartment on the first floor with some rooms available, a bathroom in every room, and a common kitchen with all the guests. The rooms are tidy, clean, and with a fan (no air conditioning). The entrance is separate from the main residence of the host (Mrs. Giovanna), so there is total independence and self-management for guests regarding both personal spaces (room and bathroom) and common areas (storeroom with cleaning supplies, wardrobe with clean towels and hairdryer to share with other rooms, pantry with coffee capsules and brioches, etc.). This ensures great privacy on one hand with the self-management spirit of a youth hostel. Breakfast is nothing special, there are packaged croissants and single-portion jams in the fridge, some other sweets on offer at a discount (like plumcake) placed on the table as a "buffet breakfast". In the pantry, there are some pasta bags left by other guests (probably), a moka coffee maker that is better not to use, a pack of herbal teas and barley who knows for how long. The coffee in the capsule is good! You load the machine and make yourself an espresso or decaf. The B&B's location is a good compromise between the city and the highway, in a quiet residential area (more than one car was left with the windows down). We had a good time, we spent 1 week exploring all of Marche without needing anything else but a bed and a shower. Do I recommend it?! If you are looking for a simple and no-frills place to sleep, definitely..perhaps a bit pricey for the service. Oh, I forgot, for breakfast there are also packaged rusks and UHT milk.

Comfortable close to the highway towards the sea. Parking outside the house which is where the owners live. Spartan but complete rooms. No air conditioning but pedestal fans. Kitchen and fridge usage with everything you need. Self-service breakfast with coffee machine and packaged snacks, juices and yogurt to choose from. Approved.

I stayed on the evening of September 16th at Gardenia with some friends. I had also booked for the evening of the 17th and chose to pay in advance for both nights. I packed my things earlier than expected, so on the evening of the 17th, I explained to the lady that I would be leaving immediately without expecting anything in return. Despite having only stayed for one night and still keeping the room occupied until the evening of the 17th, the very kind lady decided to refund me for only half of the day not spent. The seriousness in meeting the customers halfway is greatly appreciated, even if it means giving up some profit. As for the facility, everything is adequate for the price paid: a quiet area, spacious rooms, and a well-stocked kitchen for breakfast. You really feel at home.

We stayed one night. Very kind and helpful owners, one floor of the house is completely available to visitors, including a fridge with drinks and food. We found Estathè and Nutella and a lot of water that could be taken to the room. The rooms were spacious, with a double bed and two other single beds. Very large bathroom with shower. I found a very welcoming and clean Bed and Breakfast, the owners very kind and helpful even with my husband who accompanied me to leave in the evening, quality breakfast products. At first, not knowing the place and especially considering the modest price per night, I was very skeptical. Instead, I changed my mind right away, I just had to talk to the lady to understand that I had chosen very well. Clean, nice, comfortable, spacious and cozy. We were just passing through, but we had a good time. The rooms are very large and clean. The style is a bit seventies, but it was being renovated. The staff is very nice.
