Description

Located among the hills of Macerata, in central Marche, the B&B Fonte Oblita is a newly built wooden structure that is earthquake-proof, comfortable, secure, and almost entirely self-sufficient in terms of energy, in harmony with the surrounding nature.

Just a few kilometers from Macerata, halfway between the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains, and not far from art cities such as Recanati and Loreto, Fonte Oblita is the ideal B&B for both leisure and business trips.

The B&B has three spacious rooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, a bright living area that overlooks the garden with a pool, and a large garage with covered parking spaces.

Each room is uniquely characterized and carefully designed with attention to detail. Mattresses, pillows, textiles, and coatings have been chosen to offer maximum comfort and create a warm, welcoming, and refined atmosphere.

In each room, you will find a mini-fridge, a desk, a wardrobe, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, slippers, a courtesy set with bath products and a shaving kit, and everything you need to feel at home, but with an extra touch of pampering.

The air conditioning system is independent for each room, allowing you to maintain the desired temperature in both summer and winter. Moreover, the wooden structure creates a pleasant and healthy indoor climate that improves the quality of your stay.

All rooms and common areas are equipped with free wifi.

Daily cleaning of the rooms is provided.

Bed linen and towels are replaced weekly.

For over forty years, I have worked for businesses and individuals, helping them grow and develop. When I retired, I wanted to return to the hills of Macerata where I was born and raised.

I wanted to rediscover simple things, the deep value of relationships, encounters, and hospitality. Above all, I wanted to keep a light shining on the hills.

Thus, the idea of opening a bed and breakfast was born: a place of peace and tranquility where people can feel pampered and regenerated away from the daily frenzy.

New structure with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The owner welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and with plenty of variety and freshness of the products. Definitely recommended also for the proximity to the city and the view of the green hills.

I highly recommend Fonte Oblita - B&B Eco Lodge to anyone who wants to stay for one or more days just outside Macerata. From this accommodation, it is possible to reach the city center in 5 minutes by car. The manager is very kind and able to provide the best advice for trips to do in the city and beyond. Surely in the future, if I come back to Macerata, I will return to Fonte Oblita.

I have just returned from a 2-night stay at this B&B, chosen because I wanted a quiet place but just minutes from the center. As a former B&B manager and now a traveler, I can say that I consider this structure one of the newest and most well-kept I have ever stayed in. Brand new building, room detailed, very comfortable bed and more than comfortable bathroom. Manager more than helpful. If I had to come back to the area, it would definitely be the place I would stay again.

Brand new structure with a wonderful panoramic view. A relaxing place at the foot of Macerata. Impeccable cleanliness and services. Very abundant breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Mr. Giuseppe is extremely kind, hospitable, and very helpful, always ready to offer with a smile advice also on places to visit. We will come back soon to visit him.

Mr. Pino's B&B is a gem, our stay was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've had in a bed and breakfast. The property is brand new, extremely clean, and meticulously cared for, with excellent breakfast, and the additional possibility of making special requests according to one's needs. The pool and the location are amazing, nestled in the picturesque Chienti valley in perfect harmony with the surroundings. Blazing fast and always working internet, state-of-the-art television. The very kind manager even gifted us an excellent bottle of local Verdicchio upon our departure (two actually, as I inadvertently dropped the first one, inadvertently flooding the room). The quality-price ratio is simply extraordinary and perhaps unmatched. Rarely have I noticed such passion and love for hospitality. A place to go and come back.

The manager is friendly and extremely helpful, but very discreet. He was of great help to us when we had problems with the car. He is the real ace up the sleeve of the establishment!
