For the second time I chose Festina Lente B&B and confirmed the judgment of my first experience. Everything perfect. I love the Terra room, but also the Sky room of this year was not less. The managers are very kind, very helpful and very discreet. All this just steps from the sea. Highly recommended. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

The room is not very large but everything is very well-kept and optimized, the bathroom is spacious. The location is very central. A small common area with tea, coffee, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery, water always available is a very appreciated customer attention. The management is kind and attentive. Pets allowed at no extra charge.

Very welcoming and well-kept environment. Great location, very close to the sea. In the common room there was a snack corner: coffee, tea, snacks, and water always available to us! In addition to the excellent breakfast included at the nearby bar. Marco and his parents always discreet and friendly. I highly recommend this property! I will definitely come back.

Functional, comfortable and well-kept room, surprisingly spacious bathroom. In the heart of the city, very close to the sea, some difficulty with parking in the area, but the kindness and availability of the manager surpasses everything (I had a personal need promptly even resolved before my arrival). Coffee corner available and always stocked for free, also the walk to the bar for breakfast very pleasant, personally I prefer breakfast at the property but it was still a not unpleasant novelty.

Friendly and helpful managers for any request. Welcoming, tidy structure in an optimal location for both commercial activities and the sea. If I may offer a suggestion, in the room, next to the armchair, a small table with a chair would be needed. So that guests can enjoy a good coffee in privacy.

B&B literally 20 steps from the beach. Excellent welcome and owners always present and available for any need. Excellent choice of the affiliated bar where breakfast is served, probably the best in the area. Spacious room and bathroom equipped with all comforts. Shared "kitchen" corner very useful and always stocked with snacks and water/juices to be consumed at any time of the day. Excellent soundproofing and very comfortable bed.

Great location, 50 meters from the sea and very close to restaurants, markets and everything you might need on vacation. Spacious room and bathroom, above average, minimal but comfortable and pleasant furniture, excellent cleanliness. Breakfast at a bar near the property, sufficient, but definitely not abundant. Only downside, being on the ground floor it is affected by noise from the street, cars and pedestrians, which is sufficiently resolved by closing the windows. In the room and bathroom, there is a lack of support areas, I would recommend a few more shelves and a rack for swimsuits and towels. Overall judgment: excellent.

Structure a stone's throw from the sea of Porto Recanati, priceless to be able to reach the beach with just a few steps. In the center, very close to the main street of the town, with all its shops and bars, very convenient to reach for those arriving by train. Brand new and well furnished; very spacious and well-kept bathroom. Environments kept impeccably clean, change of linen every 3 days.\n\nThe managers are welcoming and helpful people, reserved, but always available if needed.\n\nRefreshment area inside the Festina Lente B&B available to customers, with everything needed to make tea or coffee and a refrigerator.\n\nIf I have to find a flaw, perhaps the breakfast service offered by the affiliated bar: a bit essential, maybe it deserves to be a little more abundant. We had a great time and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic structure to spend the holidays in maximum comfort because the location is very central and well served (100 m from the main street with all shops 20 m from the beach supermarket and fruit market in front pharmacy bank many restaurants around etc). Extremely kind and helpful staff at any time. The rooms are brand new refurbished in April 2016 all perfect functional cared for in the smallest details and with excellent taste the bathroom is huge and beautiful. Cleaning 10 and praise (tells you a hygiene maniac). Compared to other estimates I had requested in other structures, this was the most advantageous. The included breakfast is served at the bar there on the main street agreements with the beach establishment there in front with a restaurant. In short, highly recommended you just have to try it to believe it.

Brand new and very clean bed and breakfast, a huge bathroom with a fantastic shower. The owner was very kind, he even recommended a restaurant for dinner where we had a great time. The breakfast is at an affiliated bar, while the structure is just steps away from the sea. The only flaw: the parking. We were lucky to find one nearby at the beginning of June, but I can't say how it might be later in the season.\n\nApart from this, everything absolutely positive, we will definitely return.

Newly renovated rooms done very well, tastefully furnished and attention to detail. The manager is very kind and attentive, perfect welcome.
