Country House La Finestra sul Conero

“La Finestra sul Conero” is a newly built Country House very near to the centre of Castelfidardo, a country known internationally as “homeland of the Accordion”. Built near the Church of St. Augustine and in the countryside, on the top of a hill from which you can admire a magnificent view towards the Conero and the country side.

Ideal for short break or holidays, for workers who need an accomodation for a few days, for italian and foreign tourists who want to enjoy a holiday in the Marches, the plural region of Italy.

The area offers a wide range of attractions: beaches, cultural events, historical monuments, religious sites, wine tasting tours. The property is located few minutes drive from The Conero Riviera with its famous beaches of Sirolo, Numana, Portonovo and historical towns as Loreto, Osimo and Recanati.

The exterior wall is built with old bricks which gives the building traditional look of the old houses in the Marches. Interior is furnished by antique pieces, which make very warm and cosy atmosphere. The outside of the building is surrounded by green from where you can enjoy beautiful sight towards Conero mount, the countryside and the towns of the coast.

NEW FROM 2022: A beautiful Jacuzzi in the garden that can be used free of charge in the summer.

The parking place is available in the area of the building.

The neighbourhood is well served by shops. Bar, gelateria-bakery, grocery and pizzeria are situate in the close distance of the Country House. In the town (reachable in 5 minutes by walking) you can find pubs, tobacconist, bank, pharmacy and other shops.

The nearest bus stops are only a few minutes walking.

The breakfast is served from 8: 00 to 9: 30, in the garden during the summer time as well.

For your comfort, after arranging with the manager it is possible to have breakfast at a different time in a conventioned bar.

The guests receive the keys of access to the bedroom and to the external front door of the building.

The building has 4 spacious and nicely furnished bedrooms, from which one is twin room (2 single beds - can be used as double bed); two are triple rooms (one double bed and one single bed); and a "Suite" for 4 people (two double rooms). All of our rooms can be used as single rooms as well.

The rooms have private bathroom, three of them are within the rooms, one is in the hallway. All the bathrooms have shower.

The rooms are equipped with a table, TV, internet wi fi, mini fridge,
hairdryer, independent heating and air conditioning.

The rooms are cleaned daily from 10 to 12, the linen is changed every fourth day, at your request can be changed daily for extra charge.

Discounts for multiple weekly or monthly stays should be agreed with the manager.

Children under 5 years stay free when sharing the room with parents, children from 5 to 12 years accompanied by two adults have 10% discount on extra bed.

Following services are included in the price:
Breakfast, supply of linens, internet wi-fi, TV, mini fridge, welcome kit with tea, hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, daily cleaning of rooms, Jacuzzi in the garden, linen change after the third day, free parking in the area of the house.

Supplement for Italian breakfast: €7.

International Breakfast: € 15.

Shuttle Service: transport from and to the airport of Ancona or from and to the nearby railway stations upon request to the manager at reservation time.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT INFORMATIONS:
To confirm your reservation you will have to:
- provide us references of your credit card Visa/Mastercard. We keep them, after checking the validity, just to guarantee your reservation.

or
- confirm your reservation through the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer, Moneygram or Paypal.

The remainder of payment must be done at the Check-in. We accept payment by cash, by credit card or debit card, or through Paypal.

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND NO SHOW:
In case of a cancellation, we will proceed as follows:
- if you provided us the references of credit card: the refund will be in compliance with the rules established by the "Credit Cards Circuits"; and specifically:
* no withdrawal of money if you cancel up to 72 hours before the arrival;
* withdrawal of the rate for the first night stay if you cancel in the last 72 hours before the arrival.

- if you confirmed through a deposit by bank transfer, Moneygram or Paypal:
* by cancelling up to 15 days before the arrival: refund of 100% of the deposit;
* by cancelling within 7/14 days before arrival: refund of 50% of the deposit;
* by cancelling in the last 7 days before arrival: there will be no refund.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
The Check-in can be done from 4 to 10 pm.

for late Check-in between 10 pm and midnight we ask for an extra fee of 20 €.

check-in after midnight is not allowed.

We recommend the guests to let the manager know about the time of the arrival to avoid long waits.

The Check-out time is by 10 am.

for Check-out between 10 and 11: 30 am we ask for an extra fee of 20 €
Check-out after 11: 30 am is not allowed.
