We spent a weekend at Conero Mare Verde. We had a good time, the area is very quiet and peaceful, just a stone's throw from the seafront. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by car (attention to the one-way ZTL seafront from Numana towards Marcelli until 5 pm). The host is very nice and helpful. There is the possibility to cook something in the kitchen area of the B&B, there is a fridge available and a large veranda where breakfast is served in the morning. Breakfast is abundant and served at the table.

Valentina and Katia made us feel at home! On request, they gave us many tips on places to visit and restaurants. The breakfast with a sea view was perfect!

Nice structure, panoramic, conveniently located near the sea, public transport, supermarket. Too bad for the lack of air conditioning that was indicated among the services offered, as well as the wifi, available only on the veranda for a few hours a day, practically of little use.

Lovely place near the sea with a wonderful view, great friendliness and availability of Valentina and the girls (very nice), excellent breakfasts with very fresh products; the photos on the website do not reflect the property which in person is much larger, well-kept and welcoming. Strategic position. Relaxation guaranteed.

Excellent accommodation facility recently renovated in a 'strategic' location. The owners are very courteous, attentive, and go the extra mile to meet guests' requests. I really liked the shared kitchen, convenient and well-equipped to prepare any kind of dish, whether for specific needs, for young children, or to relax and have dinner under the pergola.\n\nThe minor shortcomings I noticed are the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and a TV (although there is provision for it), and maybe a small table with a mirror would be useful. However, the rooms are very comfortable. The key system is a bit intricate and not very practical but original.\n\nCertainly, if there were a swimming pool in front of the pergola... (consider it managers).

This B&B has above all a beautiful location. At the top of a hill just a stone's throw from the sea. The pergola under which breakfasts are served is airy and with a sea view. For breakfast, there are many high-quality and locally sourced ingredients.

We stayed at Conero Mare Verde from 20 to 24 July 2016. The structure is beautiful, it seems recently renovated. The location is also great, slightly elevated, with a beautiful view, in a quiet area that is also central for accessing various places along the coast. The room is slightly tight for 3 people (still comfortable), while the bathroom is excellent. The double bed is not exceptional. Air conditioning was supposed to be available, but we didn't see it in the room (and we probably wouldn't have used it anyway). The breakfast was also good (we only saw sweet food, not sure if they also had savory options). The manager doesn't have a very welcoming approach, although he was actually helpful and we didn't encounter any problems.

Very nice place, the structure is recent, welcoming and clean, we could also bring our little dog with us, quiet place surrounded by greenery, nice to have breakfast under the veranda with sea view. It's a pity we didn't spend more time there. We consider it a place worth returning to.

Inserted in a very relaxing, quiet context; beautiful the panorama that ranges from the cultivated fields, to the sea to the outline of Loreto. New structure, well maintained and welcoming, suitable for those who love tranquility; it is also a nice starting point for those who want to move on foot or by bike and reach the beaches and the town without using the car. The presence of a nice kitchen available to guests is a strong point of the structure together with the well-made breakfast served under the welcoming veranda. The owner Valentina is courteous and very helpful in meeting the needs of guests.
