Description
"Conero Rooms" is a guesthouse located in the center of Sirolo, just 300 meters from the sea and 50 meters from Piazzetta V. Veneto. It is an independent villa with a garden, built in Conero stone and renovated in 2001.
The villa offers 6 double rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, spread over two floors with two separate entrances. There is also a garden and reserved parking available for guests.
The stunning gravel beaches of Sirolo, known as the Grotta Urbani Beach and San Michele Sassi Neri Beach, are unique for their beauty and can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes through various paths that start from the town center, by car (only Urbani Beach), or by the local shuttle bus, which operates from June to September.
Just 12 km to the north, in the direction of Ancona, passing through the Conero Mountain road, you can reach the Bay of Portonovo.
The six rooms we offer our guests are all newly furnished, with spacious and functional bathrooms, showers, all double beds in wrought iron (we also have the option of adding a single bed in the room) and exposed Conero stone walls.
We offer a bed and breakfast service, B&B, with year-round opening. The buffet breakfast is served directly by the owners in the new common room, which was recently built.
We accept POS and credit cards, and reservations must be confirmed by phone or email. We require a 20% deposit of the total stay cost via postal order or bank transfer.

Nice property just a few steps from the center of Sirolo with a private parking lot only 5 minutes walk from the B&B. Courteous and helpful managers. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of sweet products (a bit less on the savory side but I'm interested in sweet). The only downside is the presence of only one room with a private terrace. Nevertheless, we had a very good experience. I recommend it.

Soggiorno in una mansarda piccola ma accogliente e pulita. Soggiorno reso piacevole dall’accoglienza e disponibilità della titolare e da una colazione abbondante e varia. Piccolo neo: pochi posti parcheggio.

Riguardo al parcheggio segnaliamo che riserviamo ai nostri clienti un ampio parcheggio a 200 mt dalla nostra struttura che non le abbiamo mostrato perché a maggio ancora si riesce a parcheggiare davanti al nostro B&B senza vincoli di orario. Struttura molto gradevole, si gode di un eccellente tranquillità lontano da rumori infastidenti, inoltre è molto pulita e ben tenuta. Se, come noi, si alloggia al primo piano si può usufruire di un ampio e comodo balcone con splendida vista fino al mare. Veronica, che la gestisce, è ospitale e non lesina consigli per un migliore soggiorno.

Il nostro soggiorno a Sirolo è stato davvero piacevole non solo per la bellezza del mare, del paesino e del panorama ma anche per la cortesia, la gentilezza, la cordialità e la simpatia dei gestori del Conero Camere.
Il Conero Camere è un posto che mi sento di consigliare anche per la pulizia accurata, la posizione e la colazione, buonissima.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con la mia ragazza e siamo stati più che soddisfatti di avere trascorso qui le nostre vacanze.
In primo luogo per la posizione così vicina alla piazza della cittadina da cui è anche possibile raggiungere le varie spiagge.
L'hotel ha inoltre a disposizione un parcheggio privato.
Altra nota positiva è stata la pulizia impeccabile non solo della stanza (climatizzata) ma dell'intera struttura.
Colazione abbondante, con ampia scelta tra cibi salati e dolci.
Per ultimo, ma non per importanza, la disponibilità, la gentilezza e la simpatia del Signor Leonardo e della Signora Eugenia che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno speciale.
Se si vuole respirare aria di casa (e di mare) questo è il luogo perfetto.

Struttura posizionata nel centro del paese di Sirolo. Comoda e grazie al parcheggio che viene messo a disposizione la macchina la si può dimenticare. Gestori veramente gentili, generosi e simpatici. Tutto è a portata di mano spiagge comprese. Grazie di cuore per i quattro giorni indimenticabili che abbiamo passato da Voi.
