Beschreibung

"Conero Rooms" is a guesthouse located in the center of Sirolo, just 300 meters from the sea and 50 meters from Piazzetta V. Veneto. It is an independent villa with a garden, built in Conero stone and renovated in 2001.

The villa offers 6 double rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, spread over two floors with two separate entrances. There is also a garden and reserved parking available for guests.

The stunning gravel beaches of Sirolo, known as the Grotta Urbani Beach and San Michele Sassi Neri Beach, are unique for their beauty and can be easily reached on foot in about 10 minutes through various paths that start from the town center, by car (only Urbani Beach), or by the local shuttle bus, which operates from June to September.

Just 12 km to the north, in the direction of Ancona, passing through the Conero Mountain road, you can reach the Bay of Portonovo.

The six rooms we offer our guests are all newly furnished, with spacious and functional bathrooms, showers, all double beds in wrought iron (we also have the option of adding a single bed in the room) and exposed Conero stone walls.

We offer a bed and breakfast service, B&B, with year-round opening. The buffet breakfast is served directly by the owners in the new common room, which was recently built.

We accept POS and credit cards, and reservations must be confirmed by phone or email. We require a 20% deposit of the total stay cost via postal order or bank transfer.

Conero Camere Guest House and B&B is situated in the historic centre, a very short distance from the sea side and about 50 meters from the square.

We offer our clients the opportunity to have a relaxing holiday in this beautiful sea side village which also has Monte Conero our famous mountain.

There are 6 rooms available to rent: two double room, two triple, one family room (quadruple) and a miniapartment. The rooms have all been newly refurbished and very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and elegant.

Each have a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, television, air conditioning, heating, safe, fridge and bedding.

Free parking space.

Easy Handicap Facilities.

We offer an Italian Breakfast with ample choice of hot and cold drinks and fresh croissants which is served in a local bar in the square enjoying the beautiful panoramic views.

We also have available a shaded garden with table and chairs to relax, also you may leave your bikes.

All these services are included in the price.

We stayed for just one night, but we immediately felt at home. The owners were very kind and super welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything: space to put our things, coat hangers, hooks, and shelves in the bathroom, comfortable and functional. Not to mention the super abundant and very varied breakfast. The center is just a few steps away. We were sad to leave. Thank you again for everything and we hope to see you again soon.

Nice property just a few steps from the center of Sirolo with a private parking lot only 5 minutes walk from the B&B. Courteous and helpful managers. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of sweet products (a bit less on the savory side but I'm interested in sweet). The only downside is the presence of only one room with a private terrace. Nevertheless, we had a very good experience. I recommend it.

Riguardo al parcheggio segnaliamo che riserviamo ai nostri clienti un ampio parcheggio a 200 mt dalla nostra struttura che non le abbiamo mostrato perché a maggio ancora si riesce a parcheggiare davanti al nostro B&B senza vincoli di orario. Torni a trovarci, l'aspettiamo.

Very pleasant structure, you can enjoy excellent tranquility away from annoying noises, it is also very clean and well maintained. If, like us, you stay on the first floor, you can take advantage of a large and comfortable balcony with a splendid view all the way to the sea. Veronica, who manages it, is hospitable and does not skimp on advice for a better stay.
