Our house is located 10 minutes drive from the sea, in a panoramic position in a quiet hilly area. "Casarborea" is a simple and hospitable structure that pays attention to the care of relationships.
We can take care of a healthy breakfast (even vegan).
Our guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the Marche hills, they will be able to visit the important historical sites that are present within a radius of a few kilometers. They will have many shopping opportunities, they will be able to admire local craft products, taste typical local products thanks to food and wine itineraries and get lost in cultural events and exhibitions.
Our structure is the ideal location for all those who are looking for peace and tranquility in close contact with nature, away from the noise of the city.
Our guests will be able to take advantage of a private toilet in the room available, free wifi, a heated environment, freedom to return at any time at night, parking space and a large courtyard with garden.
The surrounding area offers the opportunity to enjoy beautiful walks, cycling and mountain biking.
Our room with private bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, internet access, mirror and luggage rack.
We speak Italian, English and we know how to converse in Spanish.

I'm Adriana, musician, teacher, wife, mother. Grandmother. Nothing is missing.
Together with my daughter Carlotta EsterSole I decided to undertake the hosting activity in our Casarborea, trying to implement some qualities that are recognized in me: empathy, hospitality, generosity. Qualities that have also fully passed to EsterSole who adds a nice touch of creativity and art in presenting herself and hosting. Recently retired, I dedicate myself with passion to the art of cooking for my family and for those who ask me. The family doesn't end here, Mauro, EsterSole's husband, little Sirio and Alberto already live in Casarborea. My husband Antonio and I, for work reasons, travel assiduously between Bassano del Grappa (where we live) and Senigallia, two cities that have enjoyed tourist and cultural twinning for some years. At the basis of a beautiful holiday it is essential that there is a good relationship with your hosts. I believe that in addition to the tranquility of the place, the simplicity, the cleanliness you will always find a smile to flavor your stay.

What can I say, we had a great stay! Ester's welcome and hospitality were outstanding. The room was simple and clean in a countryside setting, a 12-minute drive from the center of Senigallia. Breakfast was very abundant, high quality and included everything you could imagine wanting to eat to start the day. Highly recommended for a stay in the Marche.

Highly recommended for those looking for a corner of the world immersed in the tranquility of the Marche countryside. The structure is new, very comfortable, and spotless. There is the possibility to have breakfast, but for personal reasons, I chose not to take advantage of it.
