Description
The B&B Fontebella is an ancient farmhouse surrounded by the green hills of the Marche region, recently renovated while maintaining its original features.

The property is located just a few steps from the center of Montemarciano, a small village that is 3 km away from the sea, 13 km from Senigallia, a city famous for its Velvet Beach, and only 20 minutes from the Conero Riviera. This location allows you to combine a relaxing beach vacation with excursions to art cities, old wineries with tastings of fine wines, medieval villages, and pleasant walks along the natural trails in the area, either on foot or with the bicycles available for free to all our guests.

The house is surrounded by a 4,000-square-meter fenced garden, adjacent to fields cultivated with wheat and sunflowers, from which you can admire the splendid panorama of the Marche hills, with a view that extends from the sea to the crest of the Sibillini Mountains.

Our property has three independent rooms, simply and functionally furnished, with all the necessary comforts to enjoy a pleasant stay. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, television, a large panoramic balcony, a double bed, and, depending on the needs, there is the possibility of adding a single bed. In addition, the property also has apartments with 4/6 beds.

The B&B also offers free sun loungers, sunbeds, and a barbecue area, with tables and chairs to fully enjoy the spacious garden.

Breakfast, according to the Covid19 regulations, will be served on the outdoor terrace with a splendid view of the pool and the surrounding panorama, or under the patio in specific spaces for each room, maintaining the required distancing.

Beautiful view. The structure is adequate for 1 or 2 nights. Exteriors need better maintenance (cobweb cleaning). For breakfast, I recommend a wider variety of pastries.

I appreciated this B&B for its excellent location, from which you can also enjoy a very relaxing hilly panorama even from the pool, immersed in greenery and tranquility just a few minutes by car from the sea. Abundant breakfast in the garden, being summer time, and clean room. In conclusion, I write that it is a charming place, especially for those who love tranquility and simplicity.

Questa è la struttura ideale per il turista in quanto offre tranquillità e serenità, garantendogli il recupero delle energie fisiche e mentali dopo un intenso anno di stress lavorativo, vuoi per l' incontaminato paesaggio naturalistico che essa offre, tra verdi paesaggi collinari, coronati dai piacevoli suoni di cicale al mattino e dall'allegro verso dei grilli nelle fresche serate estive, ma soprattutto per la gentilezza e l'affabilità dei gestori. Un grazie di cuore va in modo particolare, alla signora Liviana per la sua innata capacità di creare un'atmosfera familiare all' interno di questa deliziosa dimora e a suo marito, il signor Nunzio per la sua straordinaria capacità di venire incontro a tutte le esigenze del cliente, mettendolo tempestivamente a suo agio.

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno in questa struttura e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Pur non essendo sul mare, la spiaggia ed altri luoghi di interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili. Le stanze sono ampie e pulite, oltre che dotate di un ampio terrazzo con una splendida vista. La signora Liviana ed il marito sono cordialissimi e molto disponibili. La colazione a base di prodotti tipici e genuini è squisita. Consigliato a tutti!

Il nostro soggiorno presso questo B&B è stato ottimo, la struttura è nuova, arredata con gusto e attenzione ai particolari. La colazione era ottima e abbondante, Finalmente ho trovato un letto che ti assicura un buon riposo. La posizione è ottima e permette di fare un turismo completo. Lo consiglio.

B&B da consigliare: La posizione nella campagna marchigiana fa di questa casa un luogo ideale per raggiungere tutte le mete circostanti, marine e di interesse storico/ambientale. Ogni giorno si può tornare in un rifugio piacevole, accogliente, pulito e ben arredato, abitato da persone simpatiche e gradevoli con una buona conoscenza delle peculiarità della zona che mettono volentieri a disposizione.

Consiglio il B&B Fontabella perché ci sono gli elementi fondamentali per una vacanza rilassante e allo stesso tempo interessante. La bella casa colonica ristrutturata da poco, è molto accogliente, pulita e arredata con gusto. I proprietari sono molto cordiali e disponibili; la signora Liviana accoglie gli ospiti che simpaticamente lusinga con ricche e buone colazioni ma anche con indicazioni mirate sui posti da visitare e sui prodotti tipici del luogo. Molto positivo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
