The Residence is located in the natural park of San Bartolo, 900 meters from the sea and 300 meters above sea level. The gentle hill on which the farmhouse stands allows for a dry and humidity-free climate compared to the bay of Cattolica, which is 3 km away. The residence is secluded and surrounded by 7 hectares of garden and forest, accessible from the Panoramica road via a private 500-meter road. The entrances to the apartments are independent, and it is possible to ensure distancing between all guests both in the park and in the common areas around the swimming pool. The farmhouse has been lovingly restored while respecting its historical origins and can accommodate a maximum of 30 people. Adjacent to the trekking paths of the Natural Park, we recommend the "Roof of the World" itinerary that offers breathtaking views of the sea. All these paths are accessible with your pets.

The nearest beach is Baia Vallugola, 900 meters away, a small bay with 2 bathing establishments, 2 restaurants, a tobacconist, and a bar/restaurant. The peculiarity of this beach is its tranquility and limited number of visitors compared to the nearby promenades, due to the few tourist facilities in the Natural Park.

A car is useful for getting around.

We offer free Wi-Fi and a video surveillance system for the external common areas (garden and parking) to ensure the maximum safety of our guests. The services we offer to those who rent our apartments are: - equipped kitchenette with basic supply of dishes, glasses, pots, moka pot, fridge with freezer compartment - bathroom linen changed every 3 days and single-use products - bed linen changed every 7 days - daily apartment cleaning upon request - during the summer period, we offer a daytime reception service.

Our structure incorporates various systems aimed at minimizing environmental impact by using renewable energy from photovoltaic sources, rainwater recycling, and material recovery. We do not have water problems, but we appreciate responsible behavior from guests that does not result in water waste. For the well-being of our guests, we perform daily room reset and complete disinfection before each new arrival.

We are 7 km from the Cattolica toll booth and 3 km from Gabicce Mare. Prepayment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer.
