Casa Polly B&B is located by the sea (3 minutes walk) in a quiet and well-served area in Grottammare (supermarkets, bank, pizzeria, rotisserie restaurant, hairdresser, pharmacy, and bus stops very close by).
It is on the ground floor of a recently built building with spacious common areas, terraces, and a garden, completed in May 2017.
The structure is carefully constructed and furnished down to the smallest details and has three rooms (double, triple, and quadruple) with their own private bathroom, air conditioning, and adjustable independent heating from the inside. It also has a very large and comfortable kitchen and living room with a shared bathroom and a laundry room.
Family-run, Casa Polly is the ideal place for a stay in complete freedom, relaxation, and privacy, as well as for business purposes, as it is open all year round.
It offers free Wi-Fi throughout the building, top-brand linens, and LED TVs.
The structure is easily accessible from the Grottammare highway exit.
We offer a carefully prepared and abundant buffet breakfast with pastries, cakes, fruits, and various beverages inside the building and in the outdoor garden.
Very close to the upper part of Grottammare, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, where you can admire a charming panoramic view and enjoy the culinary delicacies of various restaurants.
It is located about 700 meters from the city center, and a few kilometers away are the beautiful hills and landscapes of Ripatransone, Offida, Montefiore, Acquaviva Picena, Civitella del Tronto, and Ascoli Piceno with their ancient villages, traditions, and gastronomic specialties.
Within a 40-minute drive, it is possible to visit the famous Loreto (holy house), and Rome is also easily reachable in about 3 hours thanks to the numerous and convenient buses.

I've been married to Stefano for 24 years and I live in Grottammare. I have three children of 22, 21 and 15 years old. In my life I studied law in Macerata and then I did the notary school in Rome. I really like travelling but I miss the time and I love everything about the kitchen and the house in general. I like to welcome people because friendships are established, they exchange ideas and experiences and it is very pleasing if they come back for being well in the structure. For me it is a real satisfaction.

Great bed and breakfast a stone's throw from the sea. A quiet, clean, and well-kept place, our room was spacious and well-furnished, and the hosts are very hospitable, highly recommended!

Clean B&B with refined decor, with excellent abundant breakfasts 5 minutes walk from the beaches. With ample free parking near supermarkets, pizzerias, kind and always available owners. An ideal place for families with children, we will definitely come back soon.

Ho soggiornato in questo grazioso B&B con un'amica per una settimana e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Ambiente nuovo, pulitissimo, arredamento essenziale, curato e particolare nello stile. Colazione abbondante e buonissime torte fatte in casa; proprietari disponibili e gentili, sembra di essere a casa! Struttura recentemente ristrutturata con grande gusto anche nei particolari.
A gestione familiare molto curata la pulizia degli ambienti, camere spaziose e ben strutturate, molto vicina al mare con a disposizione biciclette per percorrere il lungomare.
Grande ospitalità e cortesia dei padroni di casa, colazione abbondante arricchita con torte fatte in casa.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno!

Casa recentissimamante ristrutturata con ottimo gusto nei minimi particolari. Posizione tranquilla vicinissima al mare. Colazione ricca con torte fresche e fatte a mano dalla famiglia che ti fa sentire a casa fin dal risveglio. Ambiente discreto, fresco e confortevole. Uso di bici per l'esplorazione del meraviglioso lungomare della cittadina e dei suoi contorni (San Benedetto e Cupramarittima).

Soggiornare al B&b Polly è un'esperienza indimenticabile.
Struttura da poco ristrutturata nei minimi dettagli. Camere ampie, dotate di tutti i migliori confort, la tripla dove ho soggiornato era provvista anche di terrazza abitabile attrezzata. La brezza marina è parte integrante di questa casa, per i suoi colori, per il mare che lo senti fino in stanza, non lo vedi ma lo senti, divino. Gentilezza, professionalità, stanno alla base di Maria Pia e Stefano, capaci di interagire con discrezione.

Consigliatissimo, siamo stati di recente in questa nuova struttura, per 4 notti.
L'abbiamo scelta per la vicinanza del mare ed è stata una vera sorpresa.
Ambiente spettacolare in stile marinaro ma in chiave moderna.
La colazione meravigliosa, abbondante è dire poco: frutta fresca dolci fatti in casa, succhi yogurt e oltre a quello che solitamente si trova in un normale B&B.
L'ospitalità e la genuinità di Maria Pia e Stefano lasciano qualcosa in più che ti fa sentire come a casa.
Un piacere per tutti i sensi.
