Our B&B is located in Urbino, an art city, in an area rich in historical, architectural and cultural evidence, in a place with a spectacular view, in the heart of the city.
The apartment is a lovely one-bedroom apartment in the historic center, completely renovated and furnished with the most comfortable amenities. The price of the room includes bed linen, bathroom towels and breakfast. It is the ideal place for a romantic and carefree vacation, for work or study. Small pets are allowed.
B&B guests can access the historic center by car for unloading and subsequent loading of luggage, after communicating the license plate number and owner's name directly to the manager, who will communicate them to the Municipal Police command for the necessary authorizations. Once the loading or unloading operations are completed, it is necessary to park the car outside the city walls. The parking lot is located at a maximum distance of 100-200 meters from the B&B.
For those arriving in the city by bus, after arriving at Borgo Mercatale, simply go up Via Mazzini to Piazza della Repubblica (200 meters) and then go down Via Cesare Battisti (formerly Lavagine), after 50 meters you will find the B&B.

Beautiful little apartment inside the walls of Urbino, with a fabulous view! Clean, tidy, complete with everything you need. Susanna and her brother are fantastic, friendly, and very helpful, top-notch managers! The only downside is that for breakfast they provide vouchers to use in some bars in the center, which can be reached after a steep climb in the morning, which may not be so easy if you are hypoglycemic and hypotensive: but slowly you get everywhere. The price for me was really great, but mine was a special offer, so the real price will be higher. In any case, it will definitely be my reference point for any other stays in Urbino.

I was able to stay at this property for two nights with my girlfriend, it was a beautiful experience, experiencing the reality of a beautiful city, such as Urbino. The property is located in the historic center, just 200 meters from the main square (Piazza della Repubblica). The bed is super comfortable thanks to the presence of a super comfortable topper. The property is equipped with every comfort. The owner was uniquely kind, always available to our needs.

Magnificent small apartment to visit Urbino, located inside the walls, in a place convenient to parking lots and services of one of the main streets. The rooms are small and charming: the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean and the bedroom is enjoyable. The best way to visit the city breathing the air of its inhabitants. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti a casa di Nella, che si trova nel centro di Urbino. Si tratta di un bilocale moderno e ristrutturato, molto pulito, accogliente e fornito di tutto il necessario. Per la colazione abbiamo usufruito di alcuni buoni da spendere in pasticceria: da non perdere un cornetto al tavolo da "i dolci di battista!

L'appartamento ha una collocazione perfetta, perché si trova in un vicolo del centro storico, ma allo stesso tempo a pochi passi da una delle porte di ingresso della città, quindi è possibile lasciare l'auto ad un centinaio di metri appena di distanza (per di più oltre al parcheggio a pagamento c'è anche quello gratuito). Internamente si presenta nuovo, pulito, grazioso ed accogliente, c'è tutto il necessario, e dalla finestra della camera da letto si gode anche di una bella vista sulle morbide colline circostanti.
La colazione può essere consumata presso alcuni bar convenzionati del centro storico.
La proprietaria Susanna è gentile, disponibile e ben disposta a fornire ogni informazione.
Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, credo sia un'ottima soluzione per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno in questa meravigliosa città.

Ottima posizione nel centro storico, quindi aspettatevi delle vie di accesso molto ripide, perché Urbino è fatta così. Aria condizionata, che d'estate è un toccasana, e una bellissima vista dalla finestra.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura due giorni/una notte col mio ragazzo. La proprietaria è stata disponibile fin dai primi contatti via mail prima della partenza: durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un problema con la porta d'ingresso che non si apriva, ma la signora Susanna è stata tempestiva mandando il fratello a sistemarla con dell'olio; inoltre, molto cordiale da parte sua presentarci brochure e mappe per la visita della città ed a fornirci informazioni sugli eventi culturali organizzati nelle date del nostro soggiorno; da non tralasciare, la sua reperibilità telefonica in qualsiasi momento.
La struttura è molto comoda da raggiungere, ma la grande pecca è che la città dispone solo di parcheggi a pagamento (€1 per ora) e che la sosta gratuita nei pressi delle strutture ricettive è consentita per soli carico e scarico bagagli (max 30 min.).
La colazione consisteva in due buoni acquisto di €3 a testa presso alcuni bar indicati, sufficienti per cappucci e brioches.

Per due persone che vogliono gustarsi tranquillamente urbino e dintorni è il posto ideale. Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dal centro. Disponibilità, cortesia, simpatia della proprietaria Susanna fanno si che il soggiorno sia piacevole.
