Description

Our B&B is located in Urbino, an art city, in an area rich in historical, architectural and cultural evidence, in a place with a spectacular view, in the heart of the city.

The apartment is a lovely one-bedroom apartment in the historic center, completely renovated and furnished with the most comfortable amenities. The price of the room includes bed linen, bathroom towels and breakfast. It is the ideal place for a romantic and carefree vacation, for work or study. Small pets are allowed.

B&B guests can access the historic center by car for unloading and subsequent loading of luggage, after communicating the license plate number and owner's name directly to the manager, who will communicate them to the Municipal Police command for the necessary authorizations. Once the loading or unloading operations are completed, it is necessary to park the car outside the city walls. The parking lot is located at a maximum distance of 100-200 meters from the B&B.

For those arriving in the city by bus, after arriving at Borgo Mercatale, simply go up Via Mazzini to Piazza della Repubblica (200 meters) and then go down Via Cesare Battisti (formerly Lavagine), after 50 meters you will find the B&B.

The "house of Nella" is exactly what we were looking for. Recently renovated, it has everything you need. It is located in one of the alleys of Urbino that allows you to reach the center in a few minutes. Convenient to a parking lot outside the walls. You can forget about the car and enjoy the beauty around you. Susanna manages it with availability and kindness and is a source of valuable information.

Beautiful little apartment inside the walls of Urbino, with a fabulous view! Clean, tidy, complete with everything you need. Susanna and her brother are fantastic, friendly, and very helpful, top-notch managers! The only downside is that for breakfast they provide vouchers to use in some bars in the center, which can be reached after a steep climb in the morning, which may not be so easy if you are hypoglycemic and hypotensive: but slowly you get everywhere. The price for me was really great, but mine was a special offer, so the real price will be higher. In any case, it will definitely be my reference point for any other stays in Urbino.

I was able to stay at this property for two nights with my girlfriend, it was a beautiful experience, experiencing the reality of a beautiful city, such as Urbino. The property is located in the historic center, just 200 meters from the main square (Piazza della Repubblica). The bed is super comfortable thanks to the presence of a super comfortable topper. The property is equipped with every comfort. The owner was uniquely kind, always available to our needs.

Magnificent small apartment to visit Urbino, located inside the walls, in a place convenient to parking lots and services of one of the main streets. The rooms are small and charming: the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean and the bedroom is enjoyable. The best way to visit the city breathing the air of its inhabitants. We stayed 2 nights at Casa Nella, located in the center of Urbino. It is a modern and renovated two-room apartment, very clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need. For breakfast, we used some vouchers to spend at the pastry shop: do not miss a croissant at the table from 'i dolci di Battista!

The apartment has a perfect location, as it is situated in an alley in the historic center, but at the same time just a few steps away from one of the city's entrance gates, so you can leave your car just a hundred meters away (in addition to paid parking, there is also free parking available). Inside, it is new, clean, lovely, and welcoming, with everything you need, and from the bedroom window you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding rolling hills. Breakfast can be enjoyed at some affiliated bars in the historic center. The owner, Susanna, is kind, helpful, and willing to provide any information. Very good value for money, I believe it is an excellent solution for a pleasant stay in this wonderful city.

I stayed at Casa Nella for two days and one night with my boyfriend. The owner was helpful from the first email contact before departure. During the stay, we had a problem with the front door that wouldn't open, but Mrs. Susanna was prompt in sending her brother to fix it with some oil. Additionally, she was very friendly in providing us with brochures and maps for city sightseeing and giving us information about cultural events organized during our stay. Not to mention, her availability by phone at any time. The property is very easy to reach, but the major drawback is that the city only has paid parking (€1 per hour) and free parking near lodging facilities is allowed only for loading and unloading luggage (max 30 minutes). Breakfast consisted of two €3 vouchers each for purchase at specified bars, enough for cappuccinos and croissants.
