Description
Casa Monteluro welcomes its guests in the hills of Tavullia, in a corner of the Marche region where the countryside meets the Adriatic Sea. The farmhouse is set in a landscape filled with olive trees, ancient trees, and peaceful rural silence, providing an authentic and relaxed atmosphere just minutes from the coast and the city of Pesaro. Here, the stay becomes a simple and genuine experience, deeply connected to the local area and its natural rhythms.
The property features three bright, air-conditioned rooms, each distinguished by a minimalist style that highlights the restoration of furniture and items from the old farmhouse. The refurbished furnishings blend harmoniously with more contemporary elements, creating cozy spaces rich in character. Each room comes with a private bathroom featuring a shower, linens, and towels, while free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. On the first floor, there is also a quiet relaxation area dedicated to reading and resting, and outside, there is convenient parking reserved for guests.
One of the highlights of the stay is breakfast, made with local products and always included with the accommodation. The offerings are abundant and varied, featuring a selection of sweet and savory items that celebrate local flavors: jams, cakes, fresh and dried fruits, juices, cheeses, and cold cuts accompany coffee and cappuccino prepared with a moka pot. Among the specialties is the piadina made with artisanal flours from the area. During the warmer months, breakfast is served under the porch or in the garden, while in the cooler months, guests can enjoy it in the heated indoor dining area.
Casa Monteluro is the result of the passion of Nicola and Alberto, two brothers who have transformed their family farmhouse into a project of authentic hospitality. Their wish is to welcome guests as if they were in a country home, sharing stories, traditions, and tips for discovering the area. This endeavor continues the journey started by their parents in the 1990s when this place began to welcome travelers.
Adjacent to the property is a ceramics workshop, where a family tradition is carried on by Roberto, the father of the two hosts, who has extensive experience in teaching ceramics. Guests can engage with this ancient craft by participating in creative sessions and learning techniques and processes integral to the local culture.
The location of the property makes it easy to reach numerous points of interest. The Adriatic beaches are just a few minutes away, while the inland area boasts historic villages and art cities like Gradara, Urbino, and San Leo. The surrounding hills offer ideal routes for cycling or e-bike excursions, in addition to gastronomic itineraries dedicated to the region’s typical products.
Thus, Casa Monteluro serves as a tranquil retreat immersed in nature, while also being a perfect starting point for exploring the sea, historic towns, hilly landscapes, and artisanal traditions of the Marche region. Here, every stay arises from the blend of family hospitality, a passion for the land, and a desire to share the beauty of this territory.

Casa Monteluro is run by Nicola and Alberto, two brothers who have chosen to turn their family farmhouse into a genuine place of hospitality, where they can share their passion for the Marche countryside and for welcoming guests. The project stems from a desire to enhance a location rich in family history while keeping the connection to traditions and the local area alive.
The concept has its roots in the 1990s when their parents recognized the potential of this rural setting as a gathering and hospitality space. Embracing that original spirit, Nicola and Alberto have revitalized the property, creating a simple and authentic environment where each stay can evolve into an experience filled with stories, attentiveness, and shared moments.
Also involved is Roberto, their father, a ceramic artist with over forty years of experience. In his workshop near the house, he passionately continues to practice this craft after a long career in teaching and numerous artistic projects completed both in Italy and abroad. His presence adds an extra layer of authenticity to the life of the house, providing guests with the opportunity to engage with the world of ceramics and the creative traditions of the region.
Thanks to this family-oriented approach, Casa Monteluro maintains a spontaneous and welcoming atmosphere, where direct interaction with guests and a love for their homeland become integral parts of the overall experience.
