The apartments provide luxury and comfort. The first-floor apartment accommodates 6 to 10 guests and features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. For smaller groups, the ground floor apartment is perfect, offering two cozy bedrooms and a generous bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower.
Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, and everything you need to prepare a delightful meal and enjoy cozy dinners together.
Enjoy panoramic views from this prime location. On one side, you overlook the sea, while on the other, the majestic Sibillini mountains rise in the distance. From the hill, you can also admire the historic city of Fermo and the charming medieval village of Torre di Palme.
Surrounding the house, you'll find various terraces with long tables, as well as comfortable lounge areas and sunbeds by the pool. Take a stroll around the estate, where we have a food forest abundant with fruit, nut, and olive trees, as well as berries and fresh strawberries. Our chickens provide fresh eggs daily, and our bees produce delicious floral honey.
Just three kilometers away, you'll find the seaside resort of Marina Palmense, while the bustling beach town of Porto San Giorgio is only an 8-minute drive away.
During the summer months, we rent our apartments on a weekly basis. In the pre-season, we offer comfortable double rooms on a bed & breakfast basis.

The extensive breakfast with local products includes a fresh egg from our own chickens, freshly squeezed orange juice, yogurt with fruit and homemade granola from our own vegetable garden and food forest, freshly baked rolls and croissants with cold cuts, cheese, honey, and various types of coffee or tea to taste. Very beautiful accommodation in a scenic and peaceful location. It is a few minutes from the sea and offers a magnificent view. It has many comforts and allows you to experience a true immersion in nature. The property, the garden, the vegetable garden and the pool are well maintained and clean. The two hosts are delightful people: kind and calm. They make you feel at home. Breakfast was very good, prepared with produce from their garden. We recommend it because it more than exceeded our expectations.

I rarely give property reviews, but this home and the hosts deserve credit for providing a beautiful property and for their hospitality. The countryside location and the charm of the home were exactly what I was looking for, and the house is very close to the beautiful borgo of Torre di Palme, a pleasant surprise. The hosts could not have been more welcoming - a very nice couple that really loves meeting people and making the guests feel at home. My only regret is that my stay was not longer.
