Description

We wish we could have also English speaking guests in our house!
It's a small lovely flat where we can accomodate 2/4 guests.

We offer a comfortable double room with seeview balcony and a second room with a square and a half bed (120cm)
Each room has its own bathroom.

Our house is for a single family, so if you are a couple occupying the double room, the second room will be closed and nobody will be in.

You can eat and also cook your meals in our good equipped kitchen and rest or read in the large living room.

You can park your car or bike in the garage directly connected to the flat prior arrangement with the owner.

This will be on request when booking the flat
Artistic attractions about 30 minutes by car: Urbino, San Marino, San Leo Rimini.

Natural reserve Sasso Simone e Simoncello 30 minutes by car.

Parco San Bartolo 30 minutes by car.

Rimini Riccione beach 30\40 minutes by car.

Our house is located in a peaceful hilly area from which you can reach both the sea (Cattolica and Riccione) and historical and artistic sites such as Urbino, Rimini, San Leo, San Marino, and Gradara in about 30 minutes by car. It is also ideal for walks or bike rides, both starting directly from the house and reaching the nearby park of Sasso Simone and Simoncello and the regional nature park of Monte San Bartoli by car.
