Description
Our Bed & Breakfast is between Loreto, known as the town of the Madonna Nera (Black Madonna) and the Santa Casa (The Holy House), and Recanati, Giacomo Leopardi's birthplace (one of the most famous Italian poet, ed.). It is an area of hills and infinity, of undulating land and flat sea. Casa Fanny is rough stone in the yellow of summer sunflowers, it is green cut by cobblestone streets that also recall the landscape with their names (via Bellaluce and Costa Bianca are our thistle and decumanus of the countryside). Casa Fanny can be your peasant hearth in the center of the Marches, with its culture, its history, and its landscapes. Everything we do, the services we offer (from horseback or e-bike tours to excursions to food and wine tours) have the only purpose of revealing the unexpected, within a territory that escapes advertising. Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 60 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €0.80 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 4 days
Fresh sheets every 4 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €7.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the family and given an informative tour of the premises. The accommodations and location were spectacular! We would definitely return for a longer.
