Great B&B in the countryside of Ancona. Recently renovated with attention to detail. Cozy and clean in both the common areas and the room. I found this room very spacious for accommodating 2 adults and 2 children, the exposed beams are spectacular. The private bathroom has a window. All windows have mosquito nets. Initially, I was a bit hesitant because there is no air conditioning, but I trusted Mr. Nicola who assured me, before departure, that they have never felt the need for it, and I was right: despite the scorching heat at the end of June, the environment stayed cool during the night even with the windows closed. The breakfast is just right: huge croissant, moka coffee, milk, local cheese, and homemade bread. A pleasant surprise!

Location among the hills but close to the center. Attentive, discreet and always available managers. Dolphin room: spacious, cozy, clean and bright. Living room with kitchen (original) for common use: beautiful with everything needed and perfectly clean and functional. Breakfast also with homemade bread. Family of three people.

A very original bed and breakfast outside the center but at the same time close to Ancona. The two rooms are located in an annex and are beautiful, spacious, and very clean, as well as the common area where breakfast is served. The hosts, who live in the house next door, are very kind and helpful.

Structure just outside Ancona, in the green hills. Quiet place but close to the city and convenient to reach Portonovo and places like Sirolo and Numana. Simple breakfast but nothing is missing, from pastries to cereals and fruit. Self-service coffee or milk preparation but this leaves absolute freedom. Excellent value for money.

4-night stay with family and friends in August. Nicola is helpful and a good host. B&B with the possibility to use the kitchen. The breakfast is super prepared with care every morning. Convenient location to reach the most beautiful beaches of Conero. House only 5 km from the center of Ancona, but without a car you are out of everything.

Nice and functional structure. Very clean and very helpful host. In the countryside but in 5 minutes you are in the center of Ancona and in 8 minutes in Mezzavalle and Portonovo. Very cool in the evening. You can use the shared kitchen and there is a lot of tranquility. Great price considering the area. There are many restaurants a few minutes away and also a grocery store.

Very nice B&B decorated in an original way, clean bathroom and room. Good breakfast with sweet and savory homemade cakes. Casa del Sole e della Luna is located not far from the center of Ancona but already in the countryside, with a beautiful view of the nearby hills. There is the possibility to park the car in the courtyard. Communication with the owner was impeccable. Highly recommended for a visit to Ancona and Conero.

Nicola and Alessia are truly welcoming guests, always available and accommodating! The value for money is undeniably excellent. The rooms are very spacious and well-kept, and the private bathroom is also new and spacious. Nestled in the green hills adjacent to Ancona (reachable in 7 minutes by car), the B&B is very suitable for anyone looking for a few days of peace to visit the Riviera del Conero.

How can one not be enthusiastic after a stay at the Bed and Breakfast Casa del Sole e della Luna? Delightful farmhouse renovated with taste and originality in the countryside just outside Ancona (10-minute drive) and 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Portonovo. Sirolo and Numana a little further down. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable mattress, and maximum availability of the owners Nicola and Alessia who provided us with lots of useful information. I was a guest at this Bed and Breakfast, unfortunately only for one night, but I felt at home! The furniture is very original and the kitchen made out of an ancient boat is very nice. The owner is very kind, she met all our needs and prepared breakfast for us at the time we wanted. The structure is located in the countryside of Ancona, immersed in tranquility and very close to the university campus. We will definitely come back.
