Casa Adriana Bed and Breakfast is composed of three wide apartments and offers solutions personalized for night's passings single, braces or groups.

Ortensia Apartment: A big flat, ideal for families, including a double room and a twin room, a main entrance, a toilet, a breakfast nook and a large terrace overlooking the main street.

Oleander Apartment: A cosy and intimate flat, ideal for couples or singles, including a double room and a single room, a main entrance, a toilet, a breakfast nook and a terrace.

Orchid Apartment: A wide flat, ideal for numerous groups, including two private spaces with internal rooms and toilets, and wide shared areas, as the kitchen, the living room and the terrace.

Gentilissimo, mi risulta che uno dei due fosse aperto (infatti i gestori mi avevano garantito l’apertura mattutina per tutto il periodo di agosto)… è assolutamente certo di aver raggiunto il locale giusto? Aggiornamento: stamattina sono passata al locale e mi hanno confermato di essere stati sempre aperti dalle 7:30 alle 13:00 nei giorni del suo soggiorno, mi sembra probabile che lei abbia sbagliato locale (o che li abbia raggiunti dopo le 13, in quanto il pomeriggio erano chiusi)

Independent apartment within a condominium that was previously a private residence. The spaces are quite spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. It has an underground parking available and breakfast is served at the excellent bar on the ground floor. The location of the apartment in relation to the historic center is good as it is easily reachable on foot.

Kind manager, the apartment for 6 people was all at disposal with spacious and air-conditioned rooms. Clean environments and breakfast with packaged but abundant and varied food. The location is quiet but a 10-minute walk from the center of Ascoli. We all had a good time.

It is an apartment, not a B&B. Despite being furnished with furniture of a certain age, this apartment's strong point is its location and space. That's it. The general cleanliness level is not sufficient to accommodate guests. We stayed for 5 nights, the only service provided was emptying the trash bags. There is a general lack of care, the cleaning is not thorough and not up to the standard needed for paying guests. The host's welcome and attention to guests are unknown. The property has underground covered parking spaces, the condition is chilling. Very dirty, it seems abandoned for years.

Environment and furnishings are dated but absolutely dignified. The owner is helpful and kind. \nBeing an independent apartment with a kitchenette, breakfast was provided with homemade pies and cookies. I appreciated the washing machine, the total autonomy, the location outside the center but close to the station, quiet and composed. Below the house, all services and public transport. Ascoli is a city to see and beautiful people!\nRecommended for those who do not have too many demands and feel welcomed even by simplicity.

Very clean and cozy environment. Room very clean and spacious, with all the amenities as well as the bathroom. Great location to reach the city center. Decent breakfast with fresh and packaged products. Convenient communal parking even though there is the possibility to park on the street in the area. Definitely a B&B to recommend! Already saved in the phonebook!

Mrs. Oriana is very helpful in providing tourist information, culinary advice, and she makes excellent tarts. The accommodation, although not brand new, is close to the city center, which can be easily reached on foot, leaving the car in the garage. It is also very convenient for going to the beach in San Benedetto del Tronto during the day and enjoying the liveliness of Piazza del Popolo in the evening, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the seaside area.

Appointment on the fourth floor a few steps from the center, spacious rooms with antique furniture well maintained and excellent cleanliness... very kind and helpful owner. Basic breakfast with packaged products not like the photos shown in the advertisement.

Very clean, equipped apartment, and even though it's dated, it's very nice. Easy to find with the navigator. Great yogurt shop in front. She is very cute, gives all the directions, quick, efficient, and if there is any problem she solves it promptly.

Casa Adriana is, first of all, a house, you feel that sense of tranquility and serenity typical of a dwelling, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, and everything you need for your stay. The proximity to the station and bus stops allows excellent connections to the center of Ascoli (5 minutes on foot) and to the military barracks. The breakfast (brought by the owner) is excellent and abundant, and she herself will provide you with useful information on places to visit and on places where you can (eventually) eat. The owner is extremely kind and made our stay in this magnificent town perfect.

Functional, quiet apartment, equipped with every comfort (elevator and car park). Not far from the historic center. Nearby ice cream parlour to try. For our needs, breakfast was consumed in a bar (really capable managers) below, affiliated with the B&B. The owner was very courteous and reserved, if we were to return to the city we would choose Casa Adriana again.

I had already stayed in this establishment in December. Given the excellent experience, I decided to return with my family. The owner is very kind and available for any needs. The only flaw is the double bed, which is not very comfortable, unlike the single beds. Overall, it was an excellent experience and the location is perfect for visiting Ascoli, but at the same time for getting around the area thanks to the proximity to the central station and the bus stops. If I have the chance to return to Ascoli, it will certainly be my first choice.
