Description
A private road lined with oak, broom and other shrubs leads to the entrance gate of Ca’Fabbro, a 19th-century farmhouse restructured in the 1970s and renovated still more recently. The spacious courtyard, with a great old mulberry tree, still has a country look: it recalls the cultivation of silkworms early in the 20th century throughout the ‘Marche’ region. Today the courtyard also serves as a parking area.
The house is situated on a hillside with varying perspectives: the Apennines rise in the south, a line of hills to the north-east slope gently towards the Adriatic. The house itself is surrounded by greenery, replete with places to relax or sit quietly in the shade, along with a lovely swimming pool filled with active oxygen water.
From Ca’Fabbro one can stroll in the woods or on country paths, or take the road a short distance to Pieve di Cagna, an outlying village of the Urbino district.
Urbino itself is less than fifteen minutes away by car, on roads winding through farmland. The ‘ideal city’ of the Renaissance is full of art, history and monuments. The shops propose an interesting blend of alternative and traditional items, including local craftsmanship.
About twenty minutes away by car, along a scenic skyline road, you can also visit the ‘twin’ town of Urbania. The summer palace of the duke of Urbino, the Montefeltro family, lies at its center.

Very nice place. We stayed here for ten lovely days. Good breakfast, a very very nice host, very good accommodation, nice views, big swimming pool and possibility to sit in shade. It's in the mountains so you need to have a car to get around. You can visit lots of places from this property.

Wonderful Bed & Breakfast in a magnificent location on the hills of Urbino, the city is 10 minutes away and easily reachable. There is a beautiful equipped pool available to guests with a shaded garden and sun loungers. The room is very beautiful, the bed is definitely comfortable even for a tall person like me, spacious with a very well-kept bathroom; all furnished with taste. The breakfast is top-notch with fresh fruit and a different sweet every day. Maria Pia, the owner, is very kind, courteous and always available: when they say that one is doing the job they were born for. A very pleasant presence is also that of a pianist who sometimes, during the day, brightens your stay by playing live music.

Beautiful property with pool and garden, great for summer and to relax in the middle of the hills. Welcoming and discreet hostess. Large and super clean room, brand new and with very well-kept furnishings. Abundant breakfast. It is a short distance from Urbino and is great for visiting the city. Absolutely recommended!

Lo consiglio sicuramente. Il paesaggio è magnifico, c’è una piccola piscina a disposizione degli ospiti con giardino e sdraio. La camera molto bella con bagno moderno, tutto arredato con gusto e pulito. Disponibile anche un piccolo angolo cottura attrezzato. Consiglio la colazione, tutto ottimo e abbondate. Ottimo anche per una sosta per visitare Urbino, che dista poco più di 10 minuti.

Arrivando a Ca' Fabbro si è subito immersi nella bellezza antica del paesaggio del Montefeltro (attenzione alle indicazioni del TomTom che non registra la numerazione esatta di Pieve di Cagna) e accolti dalla cordiale ospitalità dei padroni di casa discreti ma sempre attenti ad ogni particolare che possa rendere il soggiorno presso di loro più piacevole.
Camere curatissime, biancheria profumata di lavanda, colazioni da Re (ogni giorno una ottima torta diversa), meravigliosa piscina panoramica a disposizione degli ospiti (mai numerosi essendo un B&B), una posizione strategica non distante da Urbino ed altre località di interesse storico-artistico.. cosa chiedere di più? Qui anche il cane ed i gatti di casa sono simpatici con gli ospiti e contribuiscono a lasciare un bellissimo ricordo.

Situato in un posto meraviglioso, anche se un po' complicato da raggiungere, il bed and breakfast Ca Fabbro si fa perdonare grazie alla bellezza della natura in cui è situato, alla splendida struttura di cui è fatto e alla meravigliosa cortesia e gentilezza con cui vieni accolto e trattato da Pia e Gabriele.
Da non perdere le colazioni squisite e abbondanti, soprattutto le torte che sono una bontà.

B&B molto bello: in collina ed immerso nel verde. A 10 minuti di auto da Urbino. I titolari Pia e Gabriele sono persone calorose nell'accogliere gli ospiti, ma anche riservate. Con loro ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Stanze belle, pulite e funzionali. La piscina è pulitissima e sempre baciata dal sole. La colazione, varia e completa, offre diverse marmellate di loro produzione veramente molto buone. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene.
