Brezza di Sirolo is a newly established guesthouse, launched in 2025 with the intention of providing simple, well-maintained hospitality that is deeply connected to the local area. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, designed to ensure comfort, tranquility, and a pleasant stay from the very first moment.

The property is situated in a quiet residential area of Sirolo, well-served and comfortable for everyday living, where free parking is readily available. The historic center and the main square can be reached with a pleasant ten-minute walk, while the bus stop is also just a short distance away. This ideal location allows guests to explore without a car and enjoy the village in complete relaxation.

The four brand-new rooms are tastefully furnished in a minimalist style and equipped with fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine. Some rooms feature balconies, one has a bright two-sided window, and another includes a small bedroom with a bunk bed, making it particularly suitable for families. Each space is designed to provide functionality, comfort, and privacy.

For those who wish to spend carefree days at the beach, there is an agreement with a beach establishment located between San Michele and Sassi Neri. Umbrellas and sun loungers can be reserved upon request, and a convenient free shuttle service is available directly from the guesthouse, eliminating parking hassles and allowing guests to fully enjoy their day at the beach. Additionally, more active beach experiences can be enjoyed through the rental of canoes and stand-up paddleboards to explore the coastline and reach picturesque spots like the Spiaggia delle Due Sorelle.
