Borgoparvo Countryvilla is immersed in the Conero Natural Park far away just 4 km from the most beautiful and famous beaches of the seaside villages of Sirolo and Numana.

The B&B Borgoparvo Countryvilla is the result of the careful renovation, that was carried out in 2015, of an old Marche farmhouse, in the typical of the place but with modern and innovative solutions to ensure maximum comfort.

The B&B has six double rooms and one suite, all with private entrance on the ground floor of a beautiful private patio, furnished with chairs, overlooking a large garden surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers. Adjacent to the bedrooms there is a solarium area with beanbags. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, minibar, TV, free Wi-Fi connection, safebox, hairdryer, courtesy services.

Every morning the breakfast buffet consists of a wide selection of sweet and savory delicacies prepared daily according to family recipes; you will find cakes, yoghurt with fruit and cereals, croissants, organic honey and jams, juices, smoothies, pancakes and toast; its served in the garden under a large gazebo surrounded by olive trees watching the beautiful surrounding countryside.

It was very well, the only minus is that they do not have any shelf or something to put things you need in the shower. No place at all for soap, shampoo etc. I assume it is only a mistake easy to correct.

We loved staying at Borgoparvo Countryvilla. Our family of four stayed here for two nights in June 2025. We chose this property because it was close to the harbor where our Turtle Day boat departed. We booked two rooms and the owners put us in an area where we had a private living/dining/kitchen area. We appreciated having this additional space and room to store and prepare food. The breakfasts were served on a covered patio and were beautifully presented and delicious! I woke up mornings after we left wishing I was back there eating on the patio. The hosts were very helpful and recommended restaurants including L'Osteria in Sirolo where we had a lovely meal. We loved sitting out in the garden and appreciated being around the owners' sweet dogs and cats as we were missing our dog. As other reviews have mentioned, part of the road leading to the property has potholes. However, it looked like the municipality was doing work on that road while we were there, so hopefully it will be in better shape soon. We highly recommend this property!

Excellent well-maintained and very clean structure. The owner, Mrs. Elena, is very welcoming, helpful, and kind. We will return to Borgoparvo Countryvilla very gladly.

I would say good as an overall judgment. The lady who manages the structure is extremely kind and helpful, as well as the girl for breakfast. The structure in my opinion is good for a short stay. To note the road to get there: it is a dirt road with many potholes that needs to be fixed... not suitable for all cars... not a small thing.

The property is immersed in the vegetation of the Conero Park and blends perfectly into the landscape thanks to a careful requalification of a large area that includes the meticulously renovated houses, the beautiful veranda for breakfast, the well-kept large garden, and the ample parking area. I definitely recommend it with a warning: pay attention to the dirt road leading to the property, which is completely rough.

The structure is very beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and with a nice view over the countryside. The host was very helpful and gave us many useful tips. The only flaw is the dirt road to reach the Borgoparvo Countryvilla. If you have a sports car, you might have some difficulties.

It is a beautiful structure, located next to the Conero Golf Club, in a green and breezy hillside area. The outdoor spaces are spacious and very pleasant, also suitable for young children due to the presence of games and very affectionate pets. The property is attentive, kind, and extremely helpful, especially towards children and their needs.

We were enchanted. The location of the Borgoparvo Countryvilla is enviable, when you arrive you are immersed in the peace and colors of nature. The location is excellent for reaching beaches or medieval villages in a short time. Mrs. Elena is kind and very helpful and the troop of furry friends completes everything. They welcome you and keep you company in every moment, we immediately fell in love with them. Do not miss a stay here. A kiss to all the four-legged friends, and a special one to Teo.

We spent a long weekend in this splendid oasis of peace. If you want to disconnect from city life and find yourself in another dimension, we recommend trying this experience. We were thrilled with the location, immersed in the Conero Park, with a truly wide and relaxing panorama, surrounded by the silence and sounds of nature that you cannot hear in your city. We appreciated the rustic style that enhances the origins of the farmhouse, completely renovated, perfectly clean, with the pleasant surprise of finding a sober and elegant, modern and functional decor. Very satisfied with the welcome and the feeling of being part of the family, we enjoyed a rich and varied outdoor breakfast every morning, pampered by Mrs. Elena, who was able to give us the best tips to make the most of our vacation. The pleasant moments of relaxation spent in the large and well-kept park, especially at sunset, complete the beautiful experience, definitely worth repeating.

A dream in the green, relaxation and sports immersed in the silence of nature. The stay at Borgoparvo Countryvilla in one word? 'Regenerating'. What more beautiful and welcoming could one find! A real tonic for the mind and soul enriched by the explosion of springtime scents and colors that frame a crystal-clear sea (Blue Flag beaches). We found cozy, spotless rooms, well isolated and equipped with all the comforts; ours in particular overlooked the spacious and well-kept garden. Breakfast is a treat: served punctually by Mrs. Elena (outdoors under the external pergola) with her homemade sweets. The welcome from the owner and daughters Angelica and Valentina was truly impeccable: kindness and availability to the fullest; they were able to recommend tailor-made itineraries and suitable agriturismos for dining. For those who love sports, like us, we recommend: excursions on Monte Conero (in particular The 'Passo del Lupo' leading to the 'Spiaggia delle due sorelle'); cycling among the hills; outings in canoeing/kitesurfing; golf. The location is strategic and convenient for everything; the only flaw is the short unpaved stretch leading to the driveway for the B&B. We highly recommend staying in this fantastic facility (also suitable for families).

We stayed at the bed and breakfast in the spring and were able to appreciate the beauty of its location, immersed in the greenery of the Conero park and in a relaxing silence. The family and the room where we stayed were really welcoming and the breakfast was rich. If you end up stuck with the car like it happened to us, you will also have help to solve the emergency. We recommend a visit to Osimo, Loreto, and Porto Recanati.

Wonderful holiday: \nWe spent 2 days on a winter holiday at Conero and for accommodation we found this lovely place in the quiet countryside near the golf courses. Warm and kind welcome from the owners who receive you and present recently built accommodations with all the most modern conveniences but without altering the simplicity of the rural setting. Very close locations to visit absolutely: Loreto-Recanati and not to be missed an excursion on Conero at Passo del Lupo and for the more experienced to descend from the mountain overlooking the sea until you reach the promontory where "the two sisters" stand out, seeing breathtaking views in deep contact with the nature of the park. Excellent breakfasts served in a very beautiful location with a variety of foods from salty to sweet and there are options for intolerances or celiac disease. Internal guarded parking service with personal codes for the automatisms that allow you full independence of movements at any time.

Thank you. A heartfelt thank you for the fantastic hospitality from this very friendly family. We would never have wanted to leave. We could not have imagined that we would end up in such a beautiful place in every way. Beautiful house in the countryside just a few kilometers from the most famous beaches of the Conero Riviera. In our room, brand new and equipped with every comfort, furnished with elegance, a crib was prepared for our baby with singular taste and care. The breakfast was rich and tasty, beautiful to see as the buffet was set up, from sweet to savory, with a different menu every day. We would like to return to enjoy a longer stay! Upon our departure, Mrs. Elena also gifted us a beautiful package of pasta produced by a historic company from the Marche region. A fairy-tale place.

Perfectly located in the center of Conero. New rooms, tastefully furnished, beautiful and very clean. The hostesses are very kind and do not hold back on valuable advice on what to do, where to eat or what is the best beach to visit. Breakfast with excellent homemade cakes, as well as pancakes, and every other delight. We will definitely return.
