Borgoparvo Countryvilla is immersed in the Conero Natural Park far away just 4 km from the most beautiful and famous beaches of the seaside villages of Sirolo and Numana.
The B&B Borgoparvo Countryvilla is the result of the careful renovation, that was carried out in 2013, of an old Marche farmhouse, in the typical of the place but with modern and innovative solutions to ensure maximum comfort.
The B&B has six double rooms and one suite, all with private entrance on the ground floor of a beautiful private patio, furnished with chairs, overlooking a large garden surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers. Adjacent to the bedrooms there is a solarium area with beanbags. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, minibar, TV, free Wi-Fi connection, safebox, hairdryer, courtesy services.

I would say good as an overall judgment. The lady who manages the structure is extremely kind and helpful, as well as the girl for breakfast. The structure in my opinion is good for a short stay. To note the road to get there: it is a dirt road with many potholes that needs to be fixed... not suitable for all cars... not a small thing.

The property is immersed in the vegetation of the Conero Park and blends perfectly into the landscape thanks to a careful requalification of a large area that includes the meticulously renovated houses, the beautiful veranda for breakfast, the well-kept large garden, and the ample parking area. I definitely recommend it with a warning: pay attention to the dirt road leading to the property, which is completely rough.

The structure is very beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and with a nice view over the countryside. The host was very helpful and gave us many useful tips. The only flaw is the dirt road to reach the Borgoparvo Countryvilla. If you have a sports car, you might have some difficulties.

It is a beautiful structure, located next to the Conero Golf Club, in a green and breezy hillside area. The outdoor spaces are spacious and very pleasant, also suitable for young children due to the presence of games and very affectionate pets. The property is attentive, kind, and extremely helpful, especially towards children and their needs.

Siamo stati d'incanto. La posizione della struttura è invidiabile, quando arrivi sei immerso nella pace e nei colori della natura. La posizione è ottima per raggoiungere in poco tempo spiagge o borghi medioevali. La signora Elena è gentile e disponibilissima e la truppa di amici pelosi completa il tutto. Ti accolgono e ti fanno compagnia in ogni momneto, ci siamo innamorati subito di loro. Non perdetevi un soggiorno qui. Un bacino a tutti i quattrozampe, e uno speciale a Teo.

Abbiamo passato un lungo weekend in questa splendida oasi di pace.
Se vuoi staccare dalla vita cittadina e ritrovarti in un'altra dimensione, ti consigliamo di provare questa esperienza.
Siamo rimasti entusiasti per la posizione, immersa nel parco del Conero, con una panorama davvero ampio e rilassante, avvolti nel silenzio e nei suoni della natura che non puoi ascoltare nella tua città.
Abbiamo apprezzato lo stile rustico che esalta le origini del casale, completamente ristrutturato, perfettamente pulito, con la piacevole sorpresa di trovare un arredamento sobrio ed elegante, moderno e funzionale.
Molto soddisfatti dell'accoglienza e della sensazione di sentirsi in famiglia, abbiamo goduto tutte le mattine di una ricca e varia colazione all'aperto, coccolati della signora Elena, in grado di darci i migliori consigli per godere al meglio della vacanza.
I piacevoli momenti di relax passati nel grande e curato parco, soprattutto al tramonto, completano la bella esperienza, assolutamente da ripetere

Un sogno nel verde, relax e sport immersi nel silenzio della natura.
Il soggiorno a Borgoparvo in una parola? “Rigenerante”.
Quanto di più bello e accogliente si possa trovare! Un toccasana per la mente e l’anima impreziosito dall’esplosione di profumi e colori primaverili che fanno da contorno a un mare cristallino (spiagge premiate “Bandiere Blu”).
Abbiamo trovato stanze accoglienti, pulitissime, ben isolate e dotate di tutti i comfort; la nostra in particolare dava direttamente sul giardino ampio e ben curato. La colazione è una coccola: servita puntualmente dalla Sig.ra Elena (all’aperto sotto al pergolato esterno) con i suoi dolci fatti in casa.
Davvero impeccabile l’accoglienza della proprietaria e delle figlie Angelica e Valentina: gentilezza e disponibilità a 360 gradi; hanno saputo consigliarci itinerari su misura e agriturismi ad hoc dove cenare.
Per chi ama lo sport, come noi, consigliamo: le escursioni sul Monte Conero (in particolare Il Passo del Lupo che porta alla Spiaggia delle due sorelle); cicloturismo fra le colline; uscite in canoa/kitesurfing; golf.
La location è strategica e comoda per tutto; unica pecca il breve tragitto non asfaltato che conduce al passo carrabile per il B&B.
Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in questa fantastica struttura (adatta anche alle famiglie).

Siamo stati ospiti del bed and breakfast in primavera e abbiamo potuto apprezzare la bellezza della sua posizione, immersa nel verde del parco del Conero e in un silenzio rilassante. Davvero accogliente la famiglia e la stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato e ricca la colazione. Se rimanete a piedi con la macchina come è successo a noi avrete anche un aiuto per risolvere l'emergenza. Consigliamo una visita a Osimo, Loreto e Porto Recanati.

Vacanza meravigliosa:
Siamo stati per 2 giorni in vacanza invernale al Conero e per alloggio abbiamo trovato questo posto incantevole nella tranquilla campagna vicino ai campi da golf. Accoglienza calorosa e gentile da parte dei proprietari che ti riceve e presenta degli alloggi di recente costruzione con tutte le comodità più attuali ma non snaturando la semplicità del contesto agreste. Molto vicine località da visitare assolutamente: Loreto-Recanati e da non perdere una escursione sul Conero al Passo del Lupo e per i più esperti scendere dal monte a strapiombo sul mare fino a giungere al promontorio dove si ergono "le due sorelle" vedendo panorami mozzafiato in profondo contatto con la natura del parco. le colazioni ottime servite in una location molto bella e con varietà di cibi dal salato al dolce e non mancano opzioni per Intolleranze o celiachia. Servizio di parcheggio interno custodito e con codici personali per gli automatismi che ti permettono piena indipendenza di spostamenti a qualsiasi ora.

Grazie. Un grazie di cuore per la fantastica ospitalità a questa famiglia così cordiale. Non avremmo più voluto andarcene. Non potevamo immaginare che saremmo capitati in un posto tanto bello sotto ogni aspetto. Bellissima casa in campagna a pochi chilometri dalla spiagge più famose della Riviera del Conero. Nella nostra camera, nuovissima e dotata di ogni comfort, arredata con raffinatezza, è stata preparata con singolare gusto e cura una culla per la nostra bambina, ricca e gustosa la colazione, bella alla vista per come è allestito il buffet, dal dolce al salato, ogni giorno con un menù diverso. Vorremmo tornarci per poterci godere un soggiorno più lungo! Alla nostra partenza la signora Elena ci ha anche omaggiato di una bella confezione di pasta prodotta da una storica azienda marchigiana. Posto da favola.

Perfettamente posizionato nel centro del Conero.
Stanze nuove, arredate con gusto, belle e pulitissime.
Le "padrone di casa" sono gentilissime e non lesinano preziosi consigli su cosa fare, su dove andare a mangiare o qual è la migliore spiaggia da visitare.
Colazione con ottime torte fatte in casa, oltre pancakes, e ogni altro ben di Dio.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
