The guesthouse is located about 700 meters from the town center in a panoramic and quiet position. Within walking distance of the property, you will find a supermarket, a bazaar, a rotisserie, and a restaurant/wine bar. Additionally, you will be close to the bus stop for the most beautiful beaches.

The structure is on two levels. On the upper floor, you will find the double room with exclusive use of the bathroom. For those coming with children or friends, we have a single room available with two beds.

On the first floor, you will find the lounge where you can prepare your breakfast without time constraints. We provide you with everything you need (coffee machine, water kettle, mini fridge, etc.).

Buongiorno Signora, mi dispiace che si sia trovata scomoda, l'aria condizionata c'è nella camera matrimoniale, non la trova nella zona adibita a colazione. Il lavandino non l'ha trovato perché essendo un affittacamere non abbiamo l'obbligo di avere una zona adibita alla preparazione del cibo. Ho comunque voluto mettere a disposizione dei miei clienti una zona dove trovare macchina del caffè, bollitore dell'acqua, microonde e minifrigo dove ci si puo preparare una colazione in autonomia e lasciare le stoviglie e bicchieri utilizzati che saranno poi lavati da me. Grazie.
