Very kind and honest owner, available for any doubts or needs. Despite having had difficulties during the trip, there were no issues. The perfect location, a few steps from the center and away from the noise. We found a clean and welcoming environment, breakfast was offered in three locations in the center, two of which offered their own pastry production and one of them was listed in the Gambero Rosso guide.

Very central location, basically you step out and you're in the main square. Wi-fi available. Everything perfect. Spacious bathroom with shower and bidet. Kettle and hairdryer. Double bed and cot. There's also a fridge. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. The room is in the very center of the city. Franca was really helpful. Everything goes smooth and easily. Perfect for holidays mood!

Bnb spread out, with several addresses all central. Expect to find parking before entering the historic center, reserved for residents.

We stayed at the property in Piazza Ventidio Basso. The room is located in a historic building in the center but close to external parking lots. Very friendly managers, they always responded quickly to our requests. The room was very clean, recommended!

Great B&B. The rooms are delightful, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and spotlessly clean. The owner is a very nice and helpful lady. I would definitely recommend it.

We literally felt like we were at home and my husband said that if we had stayed more days, he would have painted the table and chairs on the veranda.

Excellent apartment, very central, close to the parking, brand new and there is everything, from breakfast to the hair straightener. The owner is extremely helpful and provided us with many useful information. Fair and consistent price for the New Year period when other operators have doubled their normal rates. Very clean, highly recommended.

Ottima ospitalità. La struttura è a due passi dalle maggiori attrazioni che il centro storico di Ascoli Piceno offre. Arredato con gusto, pulitissimo, con tutti i comfort che si possono desiderare. Ho soggiornato nella stanza a cui è annesso un terrazzino da cui si può godere l'incantevole vista dei tetti della città. La signora Franca è stata premurosa, lasciando indicazioni e suggerimenti sui maggiori luoghi d'interesse e dove poter degustare le specialità della zona. Consigliatissimo.

Camera incantevole, spaziosa, arredata e corredata con gusto e cura, bagno splendido, da "colpo di fulmine", con una doccia fantastica e vista unica (come dalla finestra della stanza) sui tetti medievali di Ascoli Piceno, città affascinante, "fiera" del suo patrimonio artistico, architettonico, culturale, gastronomico. Soggiorno consigliato e da ripetere anche per l'accoglienza generosa, discreta ma "presente", da parte di Franca, affabile e cortesissima padrona di casa.

Un angolo di paradiso, per 4 persone comunque spazioso. Accoglienza, gentilezza e super disponibilità. Pulizia ottima, cura dei particolari, posizione splendida per visitare una città altrettanto splendida. Super consigliato.
