Description
Situated in a small village near the town of Fiastra, the B&B “BELVEDERE SUL LAGO" (“VIEW ON THE LAKE") was derived from an old barn dated back to the end of 18th century.
It 's a lovely little cottage on two levels, friendly and comfortable.
On the ground floor is the lounge, where we serve rich breakfast of cakes, pies, bread and homemade cookies combined with typical products of “Sibillini Mounts”, such as organic jams and honey.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bed.
The bathroom is shared, but in case of need there is bigger one on the lower floor.
The B&B has an outdoor garden bordered by a railing and equipped with two tables, some chairs, loungers and a hammock.
For those who wish, a functional barbecue is available.

Wake up to the aroma of homemade pastries, made with local typical products. Lemon cakes, classic or fruit muffins, grandma's cake, classic or cocoa marbled bundt cake, tarts with jams, ricotta and local honey. Upon request, we also make gluten-free desserts. For those who prefer it, we also offer a savory breakfast.

The B&B is located in the heart of "Sibillini Mounts National Park” on the Central Apennines, at about 1000 m above sea level, and overlooks the FIASTRA LAKE valley, whose beaches are five minutes away by car and can be reached also on foot.
Woodlands and breathtaking views of Sibillini Mounts peaks are the suggestive landscape.
Snow frequently falls in winter time and you can find some ski Resorts at only 10 km.

We only stayed one night but we would have gladly stayed longer, and if we were to come back to the area it will definitely be our first choice! The rooms are located in the owners' house, who indeed make you feel right at home. Welcoming and kindness, they booked dinner for us at a place recommended by them and the breakfast with homemade cakes is really top-notch!

Perfect location especially if you want to visit the Red Blades. Very clean room and very helpful host. The big problem we encountered as non-smokers was the smell of smoke throughout the entire structure including the bedroom.

Lovely place, like the accommodation and everything else. The manager is very friendly. The only flaw is the cigarette smoke, which can be annoying for those not used to it.

The B&B is in a charming location for the panorama and very convenient to reach the 'Lame Rosse', the main attraction of the area, as the path starts just a few meters below, near a splendid belvedere overlooking Lake Fiastra. The structure and the spaces are clean, warm, and welcoming. The absolute added value is definitely Antonio and Catia: when you leave, you say goodbye to two friends, not two managers. And how not to mention the wonderful homemade cakes skillfully made by Catia and the attentions and precious advice of Antonio... SUPER experience!

This accommodation is a dream: Antonio and Katja have created a place at the end of the world to relax and enjoy a wonderful view of this region. We are very grateful for a wonderful week of vacation in this house with very caring hosts. The path to the dam and the Red Blades starts right in front of the house and Fiastra has a beautiful beach. We remember this place.
